Another positive dental visit!!! Again, Sheets Family Dentistry exceeded my expectations.
I had an old filling replaced and another tooth filled. Dr. Sheets and his staff work together so well. They know exactly what needs to be done and get it done the right way, the first time.
I feel I have finally found a Dentist that cares about his patients, is professional and goes above and beyond. I no longer am afraid of going to my dental appointments. Dr.Sheets and all the staff are caring and understanding individuals.

They have a wonderful staff. Jenna did a great job with my cleaning and answered any questions i had. Dr. Sheets was very kind and personable as well.

Dr. Sheets has been my dentist for 29 years. He has such a deft touch and is patient-centered. He cares about his patients, gets to know their needs (and fears), and works diligently to make sure all needs are met during each appointment. He uses current technology- for example, crowns are a one-appointment procedure. Crowns are made in the office while you wait. I recently needed two crowns replaced. I asked for a single appointment, which Dr. Sheets accomodated. It was a four hour appointment! The next day I had absolutely zero pain. The man is a master within his craft! His staff is second to none! Dr. Sheets is where I recommend you go for all your dental needs!

Today was our "FIRST" appointment at Dr. Sheet's office (January 17, 2024). Our appointment was previously scheduled for March but there was a cancellation, so Marci called us to come in. The front staff were great, friendly, helpful with the paperwork and answered questions easily and quickly. Both of our hygienists, were informative, gentle and very professional. We both met Dr. Sheets. You can tell he cares about each of his patients and he has a practical dental plan for each individual. Dr. Sheets and each of his staff, wants the best for you and know exactly how to get you there.

The entire staff is so friendly. Leslie is great and of course, so is Dr. Sheets! This has been my dentist since I was a child (30+ years) and I’ve never had a bad experience.

Had my first visit with Dr. Sheets today. Selected his practice because I really value family oriented practices and I was not disappointed. Jenna was awesome, super friendly, and took time to explain what she was doing. On top of that, she was really kind to my kiddo who tagged along due to a snow day.
And Dr. Sheets was wonderful! Really appreciated the time he took with me.

Dr. Sheets and his staff are absolutely amazing. I tend to be extremely anxious with every trip to the dentist but this team of professionals have a way to calm me. I've been a patient of theirs over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Definitely 5 stars!

Highly recommended! I had my first visit at Sheets Family Dentistry after moving to Jackson. Since it’s a thriving practice, I needed to wait awhile for an appointment and it was well worth the wait. Jenna gave me a great cleaning and explained potential issues. I have confidence that all my needs will be taken care of.

Doctor Sheets and staff r unbelievable, they r very caring and professional. They really treat you like you are a part of the family. Doctor Sheets work is unbelievable, he has saved some of my teeth that other dentist has told me that they would have to be extracted. And you can wait for your crowns , because he makes them right in his office with incredible equipment in his office . Yes you can walk out with your new crown .. I would Never go anywhere else .

Always a great visit every time I go. They cut straight to the point and never sugar coat anything. Also they have a wonderful staff, very kind and they always have a smile on their faces.

Great service from the start. I was there for cleaning and it was with Jenna who is EXCELLENT!!! Explained everything to me. While I was getting my teeth cleaned, Dr Sheets came in friendly as usual and went over my X-Rays and gave me a couple options on things that needed to be done. I needed two appts made and the wonderful girl at the desk (I wish I knew her name) was really great! Made me an appt for my next cleaning. The second appt she took the time to see what my insurance would pay and then made an appt for that. Thanks Sheets Family Dentistry.

Dr. Sheets and staff go above and beyond. Mindy and Marci at the front desk are very warm and welcoming. They truly know how insurance work and answered all my questions. Leslie cleaned my teeth and was very happy to answer any questions that I had. This office is definitely one of a kind. Thank you for your patience and kindness.

Dr. Sheets is an excellent dentist. I have never had a bad visit with him over many many years. He is patient, professional and extremely informative.

Dr Sheets is 'AWESOME " His staff is also. Friendly and great to work with. Leslie is my hygienist, has been for years. If you can get in to them they will be your go to place for dentistry. Thanks for the years of great customer service !!

Dr. Sheets and his WHOLE staff are all awesome. They know how to treat their patients. I was referred to this office from a friend and I’m so happy I decided to go. I’ll give you a couple examples. I had an issue with a different dental office here in Jackson and I explained what was going on to Dr. Sheets and he fixed the problem with no hesitation and another one of my favorite people that work in the front as one of the receptionist (Marci) has helped me with a few things and never once made me feel like I was asking for too much. I mean the whole staff is great I have not one complaint for no one that’s a part of Dr. Sheets staff. If you are looking or are in need of a new dentist place, Dr. Sheets is your guy. I promise you will not regret it. One of the BEST choices I’ve made. Thank you Dr. Sheets and staff you all are GREATLY appreciated. ❤

This comment is from Delia johnson on my husband’s phone because I couldn’t get it to work. I don’t know if it is working now. The hygienist I had for my appt. was very nice. While we waited for Dr Sheets to come in, she really listened to me while I described how my physical therapy was coming and how it was challenging for me. I felt “listened to..”. Thanks.

Doctor sheets did an excellent job preparing for my crown. He ft my crown great as well. Overall experience was wonderful.
