They were excellent with helping my sister get the right bra size and undergarments for her wedding dress. They were so helpful and kind!

I needed a strapless bra to go with the dress I had just bought. As soon as we went into the shop, we were greeted and asked if we needed any help. I believe that the lady that helped us was named Riley. We weren’t sure on sizing for bras so she helped to measure me and recommend a size and brought us over to what we were looking for. I brought in my dress with me to try on over the bra and she was really helpful in making sure everything fit right. And even though it had nothing to do with their shop, she helped us determine what alterations we would need to make to the dress to make it fit better since we mentioned that it was a little loose which was very helpful. I would recommend going here if you need a good strapless bra. She was helpful and really nice.

Even though their clothing prices are expensive they offer a wonderful variety of clothes! The employees are very nice and knowledgeable and sometimes you can get really good deals when their clothes go on clearance. I am so thankful and grateful that a store like this exists for all of us ladies whom are all different shapes and sizes! If you're looking for good quality clothes that are very beautiful and durable this is the place to go! 😀❤❤❤❤

I love to shop their sales. Their regular prices are quite high, but when they have sales, they are really good. I have been shopping at Lane Bryant's for 6+ years. I like the quality of the products they sell. Also their sizes seem be true to size. Us women of quality need more places like this.

Love the store and the clothes. Especially if your a bigger girl. You can find shirts like theirs really other places for cheaper but the pants GREAT. It's so hard to find Good/bigger sizes. They are the only place I'll go for mine. The prices are in my opinion way too high. It is better then normal quality though.

I went shopping here with my mom for bras. We were never greeted. The sales women acted too busy to assist us. We asked for a fitting room and I let them know that they may need to measure my mom.
We were there for about an hour and no peep from those ladies until Karissa came in. Karissa saved the sale because we were ready to throw in the towel as it can be frustrating to shop for bras. Karissa thank you for your great customer service.

Love this store! Very nice finds and sales. Sales associates are always friendly and helpful. They allow you to shop and look around at your leisure without checking on you too much.

After an extensive search for a suit at mall stores, I called LB and asked what they had. The ladies were very helpful. I fit into the smallest size, 14, as they have pants that are small in waist and bigger in thighs. The ladies helped me put together a lovely outfit! This was the only jacket I found all day with 2 buttons and stretch to fit around the chest & shoulders. I definitely recommend a visit here! I was skeptical because LB is known for plus clothing, but if you're somewhere around the border this may be a great option for you!
