Trinity Health Rehabilitation - Muskegon Campus

I'm enjoying the PT sessions I have been taking, the place is clean, everything gets wiped down right after being used, and the staff is very nice to associate with. I also really enjoy seeing the turkeys outside when they're there 😅

In 2013 I fell off my tour bike (peddle + drop handles), broke my left arm and incurred a closed-head injury. After surgery on my left elbow and recovery, I received physical therapy on the Mercy Health campus, and finished up with a year of balance and strength training at Mercy Health Athletic Performance Center. The personal coaching and watchful support as I met the challenges of healing and endurance was professional, increasing my strength and confidence. I couldn't ask for more.

Staff are SUPER FRIENDLY & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE 😃‼ Their constantly cleaning & do their UPMOST to keep people safe 😷☺‼

I went for an evaluation, on July 6th. I was evaluated by "Natalie Howard" She had the worst bedside manner I've ever seen! Very rude, and condescending. I went there to get help with my back pain, not to be condescended to, and made fun of. I'm going to call my Doctor, and see if she can refer me to a different phisicall treatment center. If she can't I guess I'm going to have to live with my back pain. 😞 I don't get it I went there about a year ago and had a really good experience, but that was with a different group of phisicall therapists. 👎
