Every visit here has been without incident. It's fast casual, but they are executing right at this location. I've only ever ordered ahead here and picked up, so I haven't experienced dine-in. Thank you for utilizing Rapid Pickup properly! My food is always good, and exactly what I'm expecting it to be. No pics because I eat it too fast - Oops. Shout out to my favorite Mediterranean bowl!!!

First of all, I have to give a HUGE shout out to Brad Dowdy, who works at this location (Sherman Blvd.). He is usually the guy working the window when I come in the mornings before work. His customer service skills are top tier. He is always in a great mood, willing to help, and is just an overall awesome person to interact with in the morning. I sure hope Panera is giving this guy the recognition and accolades that he deserves. If they are not, they are doing their entire business a disservice. To everyone else in a customer service role: Be Like Brad.

We went here to use our Sips Club. Their coffee is pretty good. Their Almond milk is pretty good and doesn't taste sweet. My daughter got a regular iced coffee with half and half and sugar. I believe most places have a sugar syrup for the iced coffee.....not here. They are opening mini packs of sugar and dumping it into your cup. 1. Seems a bit touch-ie for this pandemic world and 2. It doesn't melt quickly in cold coffee so you have to pull over and take time to mix it up. That can be messy and time consuming if you're running late. We also got a chocolate croissant which was super bad and outrageously priced.

Turkey chili very good, not too salty, great flavor. Bread was chewy on the outside, soft on inside. Sandwich was grilled nicely.

Quick and always delicious. People here are respectful and always get the order right. COFFEE hits the spot.

I loved it here! Great food and great service. And whenever we go there and they're out of fruit cups, they'll still cut up fruit for us. Going above and beyond really means a lot. So thank you for your excellent service!

I went through the drive thru for the first time ever.
I was confused about the pick 2 on the menu and ended up order just a sandwich instead of the sandwich with the soup.
The man at the window was super friendly and ended up giving me the sandwich with the soup.
It was honestly the BEST sandwich I have ever had. It was the chicken chipotle avocado😍

6:00 am on a Tuesday I was grabbing bagels for employee appreciation week at work. Drive through person, and the team preparing them, were super helpful. Thank you for making this so easy. I really appreciated it.

Nice clean store, decent service. I'm removing my rant about the god-awful Asian Chicken Salad (cilantro, tons of it). But this and most other Paneras will gladly make it for you with no cilantro.

This place is my default hangout when I drop someone off for a medical appointment down the road. Great atmosphere.

Always yummy food here. My favorite is the broccoli cheese soup.

These people are so fast when preparing my delicious lunch or dinner. And they get the order exactly right!

Love the food, love the service. Even with the covid staffing, my order was on time and fixed just right. I order the chicken Chipotle avocado sandwich and iced tea. Yum! I only like the regular unsweetened iced tea. The others are too fancy for me. This location has a wonderful staff - friendly, helpful and efficient.
