Hands-down the best above-and-beyond customer service I’ve encountered with Reverb, and just about anywhere else, for that matter.

Quick delivery of the competitively-priced and well-packaged instrument was only a small part of this. The bigger factor was in their message responses to me: They were consistently prompt, knowledgeable, articulate, friendly, generous, and even empathetic. (And all this was in spite of me making some rather unreasonable requests.)

They’ll be my go-to shop for future instrument purchases, and I’m recommending them to my music friends and students.

I purchased this Interstellar Octonaut OD pedal from Geartree recently after being bombarded by their ads. I needed a little boost for my TS9!
Geartree was recommended by a fellow guitarist, so I hunted them down and purchased the pedal. I'm glad I did. Very fast shipping, and the product was exactly as described. Someone there knows what they're doing! My board sounds sweeter as a result. I'll buy from them again.

P.S. It sounded great like this, but when I changed the order (I put the Octonaut after the TS9) it SCREAMS now. 🤘

They offered me the bass at an excellent price and went above and beyond to get it to me super fast. I ordered the bass on a Wednesday morning and it was in my hands that Friday evening. Michigan to Texas, from purchase to grooving in two days. That’s unheard of. Their communication was excellent, and they clearly care about making sure their customers are satisfied. Unfortunately that seems like somewhat of a lost art these days.

These guys are the real deal! They had a heart for me as a Combat vet on disability and lowered the price so I could afford the item..Who does that? Who cares about soldiers any more? THEY do! I urge ALL Veterans who are musicians to buy from these folks! The Iraqis fired about 80 of these Al Samoud II Theater Ballistic Missiles (TBM) with 2,000 lb warheads at our Coalition HQ at Camp Doha ...some High explosive, some had Sarin Nerve Agent (Verified by German chemical Corps working for Kuwait government) some scary stuff! My son in the middle getting promoted to Naval Commander with me at his side and mom with the flowers... Proud.

Awesome customer service. I purchased a shipping package damaged lefty Martin acoustic. It arrived and the body was cracked and the fret ends were razor sharp. Definitely not what I expected from a Martin guitar. Customer service approved the return and refund 2 hours after delivery. It was back out with UPS by noon. Geartree contacted me and made me and offer on a new guitar same model as the other and it was cheaper than the first guitar. The new guitar was here 2 days later. It is super nice!!! I would like to say that I have been looking for a new delay/reverb pedal for a while now. I had too many to choose from. We all fall into the rabbit hole lol. I shopped around the one I really wanted out of the bunch. I want something simple with not so many knobs. I ended up on Amazon seeing other retailers at the same all over. At Amazon it was on sale from Geartree! Done deal! The earthquaker Dispatch Master was the one. I’m so happy that I picked this one out, I totally love it. The reverb is just as good as the delay and the delay is amazing! What a pedal! I would recommend it for anyone. It really inspires you to play even more. I’ve been purchasing gear for a good 35 years and I never thought of Amazon. Well, I’m glad I did.

I have ordered several things from them. I received great communication, good prices, and fast shipping. The items appear to be new in spite of other comments here. I won’t comment on returns because I haven’t made any. I am satisfied with what I received. When I needed faster shipping on an item than Reverb showed as an option I mailed them and got it. My experiences may not be numerous but they have been very good to me and I will continue to order from them. I shop where my business is appreciated, sellers are helpful and responsive, and prices with shipping are VERY good. They meet these requirements for me.
