Great experience working with Ben and his team at Elhart. Ben was great with communication, always upfront with pricing and went to extra lengths to find our desired vehicle. The finance team was likewise pleasant to work with and helped facilitate a smooth sales process.

Great experience with the valet service as usual. The only downside this time is that the loaner/courtesy vehicle had a software issue with the Genesis Connected Services so I couldn't get my phone synced with the vehicle.

Really great experience. I had to drive almost 3 hrs to get there. Once I got there for my appointment, they gave me a loaner, which was convenient. I will definitely go back their to have my car service.
The reason for giving 4 stars is because a service message keeps popping up, telling me I am due to service. I'm not sure what they forgot to reset, but it's there.

Zeigler buys out Elhart and no one communicates anything to anyone to inform their customers yet still schedules service appts far out. Had to call about my service appt that I tried booking in May but was told to wait until a part came in. Called again mid June and got delayed until August. After seeing the news article of the buy out, I called to see if my appt was still on and was told nope and they refer me to call Maple Auto in Kalamazoo. Will never buy a car from Zeigler due to how they handled this. I understand some things can't be public but if you know you are no longer going to offer a brand, why still schedule appointments with zero intentions of fulfilling?

Worked with them for months to find a GV70. Finally our ordered vehicle arrived. We arranged a time to come see it and drive it since we never have driven one. We loved the vehicle after test driving it. Got out and did a walk around and noticed the hood was misaligned on the drivers side and we pointed it out to our sales person. His response was that he's seen this before and Genesis did nothing about it but he would check with Genesis. He stated we have 2 others in the back if you would like to compare... in which we did and did not notice the misalignment of the hood. The salesman did not seem concerned about the issue we presented, but said he would check. Needless to say we did not purchase the vehicle and never heard back from the salesperson. It seems he wasn't concerned about selling the vehicle because he would find someone else to buy the flawed vehicle. It was just an example of the Service this Dealership provides and what to expect from the Dealership.

Follow-up, since speaking with Sale Manager - Skye. First off, the other vehicles on the lot were looked at as a comparison to emphasis the issue with the hood.... not to be offered as a replacement for our flawed vehicle. In speaking with Skye, whom has the same opinion as the Sales person... basically it it what it is and we will sell it to some else. I ask myself, why would I (If I owned the Dealership) want to continue to sell defective vehicles to consumers whom could potentially get in a accident because of the flaw.... It's an indication of a greedy Dealerships with no core values for its customers.... My personal opinion.

Absolutely terrible experience. The salesmen were not only clueless but also rude and unhelpful. Despite that I still ended up purchasing a vehicle from them and that was a mistake because the service department was even worse. Every service I’ve gone in for has not been done in a timely manner and the lack of communication and overall incompetency of the staff is downright comical at this point.
