Ciao!

We hadn't been here in probably 15 years. Always thought it was expensive but that was based on back in in the day feelings of how much a meal cost. It's actually very reasonable for the quality.

We were seated despite being a little early for our reservation.

Food was served promptly and served did an excellent job. The manager was actually managing the floor and was great.

Food was excellent. Very delicious. Will be a new go to.

This was our first time here and everything was great! The pesto pasta wasn't my favorite, but the soup and pizza were amazing. Our waitress was very nice.

I cannot rate this place highly enough. My fiancé and I have visited twice for birthday dinners and I don't want any other Italian. The food is amazing, the service is amazing and the atmosphere is amazing. I always recommend it to friends and family.

Jack was amazing! I felt like a Queen! The food was delicious. I had the very special Fettuccine Alfredo and it was delicious! Thank you for a wonderful evening Jack!!!

All things classic and upscale, but not stuffy. I arrived dressed down and noticed that there was a mix of others as well dressed up and dressed down! The food is incredible, I ate everything I ordered, except for the dessert, I took it home and it is still delicious the following day!

My first time there, should have tried this place sooner! Food was delicious, atmosphere great, wait staff top notch! Wish I would have taken a picture of my food to show you! I had the Parmesan crusted whitefish with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables, so good! Had a great night out with friends, staff very friendly, plenty of menu options, I’m vegetarian so had a variety of really great fish options! Highly recommend this place!

Ciao has redeemed itself! We had a party of six for my mother-in-laws birthday. We were seated as soon as I gave our reservation name at the front door. Shay, our waitress, was attending to our drink needs. She was very personable and came to our table several times to ask if we needed anything.

I couldn’t have the bread because of a gluten allergy and Shay offered to have the cauliflower pizza crust made as bread for me so I could dip it with the olive oil. It was good!!! The meals were absolutely delicious! The appetizer, Gamberi e Arancini, is a must try for your taste buds!

Everyone in our party had a wonderful time and was well taken care of by Shay, our waitress! Ciao has stepped up! Fabulous job on the meals and service! It is time to walk through the doors of Ciao again!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good dinner because we couldn’t even be seated when we made our reservation.

Our reservation was set for 7:30 pm to celebrate a 21 year anniversary and a 75 year old birthday. We got there about 7:20pm at the restaurant and at 7:40pm we had asked about our table. They told us that they are already done eating, the table is cleared, and they are done eating and it shouldn’t be much longer. We asked them if they could say something to them since their reservation was from 5:30 to 7:30.

At 7:45pm, we asked for the manager. We asked if there was another table we could be seated at, but unfortunately, we had ten people and that was the only table that was big enough for us. The manager continued to tell us she was sorry, but wasn’t doing anything about it. At 8:00pm we were still waiting for our table. I couldn’t believe the service we were getting at Ciao. How they could pass up ten people from ordering food that night!

So, we left and called Jo-Jo’s Pizza in Sylvania. They have more than pizza! We asked if they were still open, and she said the kitchen closes at 9:00pm. Come on over! Great food and great service! They received a great tip! Thank you Jo-Jo’s!!!

Unfortunately, the owner was not there that night. He did reach out and apologized for what happened to our party. He was very nice and gave a percentage off our meal for our next visit. Thank you!

First time here. Service was excellent, our server was jasmine. Food was incredible. Everything came out in a timely manner and at a great pace. Loved every bit of our experience from start to finish!

This place is an experience. It is a beautiful restraunt, the staff is always so friendly, and they have top notch food with amazing proportions. You will absolutely get your moneys worth and will have plenty of left overs if you don’t end up licking the plate. I highly recommend the tiramisu with a latte on the side, it is an absolute delicacy.

What am amazing filet mingon, the asiago mash potato where pretty good also. We went for the boyfriends birthday and received 50% off our bill for his birthday. First time there, but it won't be the last time! Highly recommended!!

My first time dining at Ciao. Went for my birthday, food was great, I liked the atmosphere, our waitress sarah treated us like family, can't wait to go back, we got in early, they filled up fast, reservations are probably the best way to go.

What a wonderful place to eat, best service and wonderful food. Comes highly recommend. Loved our server, he was sincere and was service oriented and professional. We want to acknowledge him. Mr Axel! Keep up the good job.

My partner in crime and I actually drove all the way to the other side of Toledo (restaurant hooping) for an amazing cappuccino and cannoli. We got seated in our favorite spot on the patio (( love the wisteria climbing the pergola )). It was a perfect nite - always an amazing experience in dining at Ciaos’! Really top quality food. All home cooked cuisine. Not hugely expensive but not cheap. Well worth it though. Staff very pleasant and handsome.

Had dinner with my mom tonight and it was absolutely wonderful. Everything was beautiful and delicious and our server, Sydney was really great. Kind, friendly, and helpful with suggestions etc.

Took a date here for her birthday. The place is absolutely wonderful. First class staff atmosphere and food. Went to the bar and the locals bought us drinks. It was incredible, and I don’t even drink.

Wonderful night out with friends set out on Ciaos outdoor setup. (Thanks Stupid Covid) Excellent wait staff provided great feedback on their delicious menu and drink list. Yummy ceaser salad, and hellz yes the calamari is rockin!! My ravioli was on target and filling. Highly recommend.

12 at our table to celebrate husband's birthday. Bill was the BEST!!! He took very good care of us, food outstanding and he was a pleasure to work with.

The Mahi mahi special was excellent with bacon garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. All were cooked perfectly. The Chicken marsalla was very good too. Our server Bill was very attentive and helpful when navigating the menu.

The food here is fabulous! Our youngest daughter got engaged here and then we had dinner afterwards. The mushroom ravioli was the clear winner - delicious! Diverse menu options to satisfy any palate and reasonably priced. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful! They even kept the cake (we were also celebrating a birthday) in their cooler and brought it out when requested, cut it, and served it 😃👍👍
