The Farmhouse Restaurant in Zeeland

Place is spacious and clean. Service was quick and polite. Good selection of food. Restaurant has a small home town feel. Food was good, everyone got what was ordered and was pleased with their meal. Portion sizes seem to run pretty large here, be prepared to eat!

They also have good pizza and a nice selection of specialty pizzas.

I don't recommend the pork ribeye.

Been here a few times now for breakfast but this was our first time for supper. I had the fried chicken and it was very good. Service is great and prices are very reasonable in relation to portion sizing and quality/quantity of food. Fresh squeezed orange juice is a must. Highly recommend the pearl sugar waffle as well.

Wow! We had breakfast here and the food was outstanding. I can highly recommend the Hash Brown omelette. The service was terrific and our server was friendly and personable. And her tattoos were beautiful! We will definitely be returning.

Super nice place for breakfast in Zeeland. You almost feel like you’re in someone’s kitchen. Nice food selection. Delicious salads. They always have fresh baked items. Friendly service. You won’t be disappointed! But remember, breakfast ends at 10:30 AM!

Thoroughly impressed! We got there with a large party 20 minutes before closing tonight and we weren't even sure if they would let us in the doors. We got seated right away and our food was ready very quickly. Everything in our order was perfectly right and tasted delicious. The grilled fish that I ordered was delicious and probably the freshest fish I've ever eaten. I will definitely come back and bring my business back.

My family and I have been here numerous times. I love the pork ribeye, the grilled whitefish, and the wet burritos. They have a very home-cooked feel to everything they make. All of their food is fresh and local. The grilled veggies, macaroni and cheese, french fries, and pudding are all so good, too.

A very nice simple and rustic atmosphere, with a warm inviting feeling!

I ordered the Sloppy Joe sandwich with fries and since I know sloppy joes aren't usually the most filling I also ordered a side salad. The side salad was actually quite large and had different types of greens. Very simply it was an excellent salad. The Sloppy Joe was Outstanding, easily the 2nd best I've ever had. The 1st was my friends mom's, so not available, lol. The fries had a great texture and were very good. The person I was with got the Blueberry Feta Salad. It was very large and pretty. It had lots of blueberries and pecans. It was stated to be wonderful! The portion sizes for the most part was very generous and fairly priced.

The service was very friendly and efficient. The food cane out shockingly quickly, though they weren't busy at about 2pm.

Overall an easy 5 stars. We will be back. We both stated it needed to go on our repeat list. I highly recommend giving Farmhouse a try!

I've been to the Farmhouse many times and the service is very good. I recommend Jane. The food is always good as well.

Our most recent visit, 10/15/21, was for breakfast. I had the Ham & Cheese omelette, very good! My son had their Homemade Cinnamon Roll, very good!

10/21/22, I had the Western Omelette for a change and it was very good! Our son had the Feel the Zeel and ate it all. Both were downed with a large chocolate milk each.

2023_04_28 I had the omelette with sausage, cheese & hash browns inside and gravy on top. Very good! My son had the Feel the Zeel.

2023_07_08 I had the Southern Omelette, with sausage, cheese & hash browns inside and gravy on top. Very good! My son had the Feel the Zeel. My wife had the French toast and scrambled eggs.

Possibly the best lunch I’ve had in a while. We had the whitefish sandwich and my father-in-law had the French dip. The fish was perfect cooked. The batter was crispy but thin and it wasn’t greasy at all. Great flavor. The fries were possibly my favorite, crispy but not over cooked. He said his sandwich was pretty good too. The service was great, cheerful and prompt. I was halfway through my iced tea and she had another one on the table without asking. We will definitely be back.

Great food decent service and a nice atmosphere. I would have given them higher grades for service and atmosphere had it not been for the timing which was right after Thanksgiving. I think they were doing the best they could, but it was clear they weren't at full wait staff capacity.

Just had an excellent lunch at The Farmhouse. Probably the best chili I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The homemade chips were really good and the Rueben sandwich was delicious. Our server was bright, friendly and attentive even though they were really busy with their lunch rush. We will definitely dine here again.

My husband and I both had hamburgers. One of us had the homemade potato chips and the other had fries. We shared a piece of homemade carrot cake. Our waitress was Adison, and she was very sweet! I wish that we were locals there in Zeeland!

I invited a friend to meet me here for breakfast as it’s been a year since we last got together. I suggested “The Farmhouse” 🤞🏻.
It’s been a while since I’ve eaten (ate) here. I was quite happy with my meal! (It was served promptly and they were busy. It was prepared just right and there was plenty on the plate… more than I could eat. My friend was happy with his meal, if clearing your plate is an indicator), and the wait staff was very helpful.

My daughter and I stopped here to pick up a quick snack on our way back from Lake Michigan. We ordered the flight of three tacos. One was a BBQ with homemade slaw and a tropical rum sauce... one was shrimp with homemade slaw and a Boom-Boom sauce ... and the last one was a beef taco, but we decided to do as second shrimp instead. They hit the spot!

The Farmhouse is a great place to grab a home style meal. I was there for breakfast and loved it.

I had their namesake "omelette" which is omelette ingredients with hash browns wrapped around it. Loved it! I have to say the cinnamon swirl bread was absolutely the best bread I've ever had from a restaurant. The chocolate chip pancakes are loaded with chips. And the chicken and waffles were glorious.

A couple things I would love to see improve: the coffee. It's ok, but doesn't hold up to the quality of the food. And the bacon is thick but lacks a smoke or maple or pepper flavor.

I can't wait to come back and try the lunch or dinner options.

Very fresh, tasty Chicken wrap. Excellent service made you feel at home. A must visit.

Good fried chicken is hard to find. Theirs is very good. My wife had the grilled white fish. Great service. Good space. Recommended.

This was my second time coming here, and the food was just as good as the first time. It just so happened that my 2nd time, they were short in the kitchen and were totally packed. We waited almost an hour for our food. Regardless of that ..we all know it happens lol I am looking forward to going back. ☺

One of our favorite breakfast places. Not too loud and always get seated quickly.
