ABC Warehouse

This was the second time we have purchased items at ABC Warehouse and it was a great experience so we will be back. Dan was very helpful when we first stopped in and we were happy to wait for him when we came back to finalize the purchase. Items came in fast and pick up was very easy. We assumed we would have to put together the dresser but it came assembled already!

Top notch service all the way around. Ted Draper really knows his stuff and took great care of us. We will be back for sure in the future…

Quick place to shop for TVs. Though they have a large selection of TVs, the sales associate was able to quickly direct me to a TV that I was looking to purchase. Fast, courteous service and this was not the first, nor the last time I will shop here for a TV.

Muskegon location is amazing! All there salesman are very helpful and intelligent. If they don't have the answer they will find it for you. Everyone in that store is 100% on there A game. From sales to management to delivery. Also there new financing team is amazing! Keep up the great work gentleman!

Kevin was extremely friendly and helpful. He seemed knowledgeable and answered our questions without any pressure. He helped us with our options and gave us space and time to weigh our choices. We purchased a washer and dryer and it was a very pleasurable experience.

My guy Jose has taken care of me for my last five or so purchases, makes is seamless and pain free. I recommend these guys for anyone in the market for tv’s appliances and surround sound equipment. Thanks again guys!!

Have purchased many items here over my adult lifetime. Very impressive sales staff. Not super pushy but super knowledgeable. Jose usually helps me out and he knows his stuff. He makes it seamless. Great job, ABC staff!

This is a review on Joe at Muskegon ABC Warehouse. OnTues, Aug. 1, 2023, my husband and I shopped for a gas range. We wanted one we saw online. That range wouldn’t be available in white for 3 weeks. Joe nicely showed us 3 comparable options . We chose a similar range which was available in white in the warehouse. Joe set up delivery for Aug 3rd. We are very pleased with this range which is nicer than the one we intended to buy. We got emails on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd with updates on delivery and a call on the 3rd when delivery was 40 minutes out, as Joe had promised. Delivery men were quick an efficient. They were respectful and pleasant. Thank you, Joe and ABC Warehouse, for excellent customer service! You all made buying an appliance, we didn’t plan on buying, a pleasant experience. Sharen Kienke

My refrigerator quit running after having it in our home for 10ish years. The thought of having to go and purchase another was painful for me. My sales person Jose took the time to listen to what I wanted, and made the whole experience actually fun! If you need anything from ABC Warehouse, go see Jose!

So far, we have purchased a bed, 8 PC living room set, and dishwasher. Very very pleased with not only the prices but also the friendly service. And they don't chase you around the store like most sales people do. That is the best part for me personally!!!! Sales rep Joe was awesome!!
