Mike made it out within 48 hours of our heating and cooling contactor letting him know we needed our generator switched over from propane. He was very efficient at his job, knowledgeable and thorough. We are definitely satisfied customers.

We have always had great customer service from Ainsworth, and while we purchased our whole house generator from Lowe's, Ainsworth has serviced it/maintained it for us over the years that we have owned it.
They are prompt, courteous, and they also diagnosed and installed a part on it when the generator did not recognize a brownout condition and the panel fried. (Ours is an older model without that brownout feature.)
They were just out today 7/7/2016 to answer questions we had and to check it over from our concerns during this hot, humid weather when we had an issue with it.
Jake was extremely nice, and he came out as soon as they could get to our problem. Thanks again!! That is great customer service!

I've never written a review on anything, but I felt compelled to after the service Ainsworth provided yesterday. Called with an issue after work hours and they had someone immediately dispatched to area. Everyone I spoke to had excellent customer service and the job was done very efficiently. If I ever need electric work done again, there's not a doubt in my mind who I would call on. Thanks!

The repairman got here very quickly. He was extremely polite and working hard to find the broken wires as we were out of heat. He traced where the wires we're broken outside on the roof from a poor installation that a furnace and air
air conditioning company. Had installed the wiring previously. The temperature outside was 20 degrees and dropping in 2 hours we had our heat back on just before midnight. The repairman picked up and cleaned up everything that he had done inside the house in the garage and outside
We had Ainsworth Electric install a
standby generator approximately 8 years ago and are very satisfied with that also. I give them 5 stars for the work that they done here.

I had a Generator installed by two of their great employees-Shawn and Austin. If I had a bunch of employees like them working for me, we could rule the world. They were clean, professional, and the workmanship was excellent!! Great company and I am very happy I decided to use them!!

Had transfer switch installed to run my house with my generator 2 years ago. Had very courteous, friendly staff take good care of me. Highly recommended. I would call them for any electrical need in the future. And the switch paid for itself in the first year.

We recently purchased a home generator from Ainsworth Electric. The owner, Rich Ainsworth, personally came out to provide the estimate in early October. He was extremely friendly and personable. I informed him up front that my wife and I would not be able to purchase the generator until mid to late November. He said not to worry about it and that we could pay him when we got the money. Rich immediately sent out his team of contractors who seamlessly installed our 20kW Generac generator w/GenPad. I watched tons of YouTube videos to get an idea of how the installation would transpire and the Ainsworth guys were flawless! They left no indication that they were ever in my home and the generator looks like it was installed when the house was built. The contractors ran all lines underground and through the concrete, my sod didn't even look disturbed! All of this work was solely done based on a hand shake, I couldn't believe business was being conducted like this in 2014! I was so pleased with the product and customer service, I hand delivered a cashiers check for full payment to Rich with my family in tow. He gave us a full tour of his business and even showed us how to get to Sam's Club. I have nothing but good things to say about Rich Ainsworth and Ainsworth Electric. They reminded me that there are still trustworthy and honest businesses out there and I would recommend them to anyone.
