I've been a client of Carten's State Farm for the last 8 years plus, and have always been treated with great care and professionalism. They've always returned my phone calls and guided me through what works best for my families auto insurance situation.

Great Rates, friendly staff. I purchased insurance and worked with Christine who was very professional, patient and explained everything very well.

I've been with State Farm for 15 years and never had an issue. Recently I got a cancellation notice in the mail. I talked to customer care sine it was after hours and sent them all the required information per their directions. After a week, no answer. Repeated calls to the branch, no answer. Emails, no answer. All messages, calls, and emails from customer care themselves, no answer. After around 2 weeks, I leave work early and go to the branch. I call the number on the door and MIRACULOUSLY someone answers! "I was just going to call you" she said. After some conversation, she says "I've solved the issue, if they need anything they'll let me know, your insurance won't be cancelled."

Fast forward to 3 weeks later, the day of the cancellation comes, and my insurance is cancelled. I call the branch repeatedly and get no answer. I call customer care and repeatedly have to be put through to the office by them. I get a hold of Brian and he has it fixed, should be ready.

I call back 2 days later and customer care puts me through. "This is *my name*" Click, line goes dead. I have to call them back to call him again. First no answer, then eventually an answer. "Equipment issues" he said. Again "it's fixed." Once again, nothing. 10 days go by with no insurance on my vehicle making it undrivable. 2 days later still no resolution. I call, customer care calls, they send messages, and no one answers.

10 minutes and escalation to retention level 2 with customer care and my issue is solved. I have insurance the next day.

Every State Farm in the area is 4.6 stars or above. This branch has 3.4 stars. They don't deserve 1.4 stars. The reviews tell it all. Terrible communication, lies, hanging up. CLOSE THIS BRANCH DOWN.

Worst experience I've ever had. They didn't care at all to help me. My bill went up 3 different times over 6 months. I called, left voice-mail and even emailed numerous times no one ever cared to explain why. I got ahold of someone once and they just pushed it off said "idk why let me call you back tomorrow or later today" and then a week went on no call so I called and emailed again. I finally switched to progressive and they are way more helpful. This agent and team DOESNT CARE ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS

This office has gone all the way downhill. Just got hung up on by new girl Kristen too, because she didn't know the answer to the question Terrible all the way around. Called corporate and had policy transferred. 1 year of terrible service is enough.

I received a bill for something that I already paid tried call and left messages 3 times also sent 3 emails been wanting for over week for a response..also never seen my policy...go somewhere else!!!!

This office doesn't return phone calls. Nobody to be found! Extremely rude staff including Brian Carter. Sorry excuse for an insurance agent.
