Just started coming here within the last couple months. Staff is extremely helpful. They listen to what you need, what you're looking for and make solid recommendations based on that. Their rewards program is nice too. I've only made 4 purchases here but have had some sort of coupon or store credit each time. They are tireless advocates as well for the vaping community.

The boys inside were super sweet and very helpful. Clearly explained all my options that were in my price range and answered all of my other questions too. This location is around the corner from my work. I was told the one near my house is equally great. I have high expectations now.😁😆😆 Can't wait to try the Peachy flavor.

My husband loves this store the worker with the glasses and long hair is the man to see. He is honest helpful kind and fair. This store sends out regular coupons and has awesome prices amd is very helpful and explanatory. The flavors and awesome and smell good

They always take care of me here. Great knowledge on products and how to find the right product for you. Tasting section for only a quarter. I had a really bad issue with my tank and they went above and beyond to take care of me even though it was outside of the return policy. Even though I've never had time to use it, they have an awesome lounge area for customers. I have shopped at many different chains and this is by far the best. It always seems like places try to upsell you, but I know this place is giving you honest feedback with quality options even though it is more than you probably want to spend. I will not go any where else.

I love this shop. The staff is super friendly and helpful, their juice is great. The company in general is fantastic; I was living in Guam for a year and I could still order online. The shipping was cheap and crazy fast. 💚

Awesome staff. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection of juice and devices. Matt, Mason, Bill and Emilio are great guys, and as a bonus they have a lounge with a pool table and videogames.

Some of the cheapest prices on juice I've seen (excluding online), and the quality is pretty good. A 60ml of house juice was $13 and change. I wasn't expecting it to be very good quality, but it was very decent. A lot better than most places house juice. *cough* Wild Bills *cough*

Joost Vapor is my one-stop go-to shop for all my vaping needs. They have many premium juices for sale, as well as many house blends. There is no shortage of flavors! They have many of the test juices in Amigo Donner tanks for easy hot swapping, you can try as many as you'd like until you find exactly what you're looking for. The staff here is always incredibly friendly and they don't oversell or pressure you into buying something you don't need or want. They may be busy with other customers, but they always look up and greet you the moment you walk in. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable. Were able to give me high VG and specific mg to my liking. I'll be back for sure - been back many times since and it's always the same, GREAT

Im always treated great when I go there. On my receipt it says I was waited on by Kendall . I left with a new product and alot of knowledge I didnt have before. They are the only place I will go to

Neat and clean store with good employees. Like most vape shops and manufacturers, I would appreciate it more if they were able to carry more/varied supply for older adults and ex-smokers.
