I did a waterproofing job for windmill estates and the property manager Melissa and maintenance team were awesome and good people to work with. Thank you for letting us work for you.

My daughter just moved in, so far it looks pretty nice and she says she loves the manager

First time being in there, everyone's yards looks pretty good for it being some of the trailers should be updated but it didn't look that

Nice clean trailer park. Awesome location easy to find. No worrying about mail easy drop off and always get mail on time. Everything is peaceful, nice friendly ppl. Affordable lots and available trailers for sale.

We have been living at WM for about 2 years now and couldn't be happier. Management asked residents to clean up their homes and property which we were happy to do. Power washed our place and spruced up our yard. We gladly complied as we all should want to enjoy a clean, well maintained environment. Management is great. They just put in a brand new park and the kids are loving it. Half of the streets have been redone, and the other half are scheduled. There's also a new picnic area by the beautiful pond. Lots of wildlife at the pond, very peaceful. We love it!

I am Buying a home for the first time & Stephanie was super friendly on the phone and informed me about the availability along with a scheduled visit with Melissa. Melissa further informed me with more in depth information and gave me a tour of the 3 styles of homes they had for sale! Melissa was relatable and super sweet to talk with through my tour! Made it very comfortable to ask any questions that came to mind! I was pleased with space & appliances that came with the mobile home! A brand new home with a warranty in case anything failed on me, they would be there to fix it! Sounds like a great deal to me! I’m very excited about my new home and management in my new community!!!

The staff was really great. Melissa made me feel so comfortable. Just like I had known her forever. She was very informative and explained things in details that were easy to understand. Lucas was also very welcoming when he showed me the places I was interested in. He was so polite and courteous. The experience was very pleasant.

Never been to the park til my Mother (Frances) bought one there. She’s lived there for a little over 8yrs and it’s been a good experience for her. Every time I drive through there to visit her it’s quiet and clean. Love that they just redid the streets.
Easy access to all the stores near by.

Lived here for 2 years, my husband lived here for 4. We love this park and think that the management team here is awesome. They plan events for the community, and once handed out breakfast to kids as they were waiting for the buses last fall. I've also seen them go out of their way to help residents on their days off. Windmill Estates also has some of the most affordable lot rent in the area. Neighbors are very friendly. Definitely a great place to live!

Lived here since 1976 off and on. We raised our children here, a safe place for kids to be raised, as seniors it still feels safe to live here. Many improvements made and continue to be made. Lot rent is still within reach for many seniors and young families starting their lives. This area is surrounded by bus biz stores, shopping of every kid, hospitals, doctors, beaches, entertainment, restaurants, short drive to almost anything you want to do. Windmill Estates is a good place to live, staff is friendly and helpful.

Melissa was very informative and helpful through the process. Just waiting on financing and we will be neighbors!! **UPDATE** We are now neighbors!! Our experience was fantastic!! Thanks to the staff for all of their hard work and the gift basket at move in was such a nice touch!!

I have had several problems after moving in, and the managers and maintenance staff have been helping me every step of the way. I appreciate everything that they have done for me so far!

Windmill estates has been great to my grandmother, Frances! (lot 128). She has lived here for 8 years and they are on it when it comes to getting things done and have a fair lot rent price. The staff is friendly and easy to work with.

I really appreciate living here. I have been going thru a lot and with open communication they were more than willing to work with me. They have started paving the roads last year. Rent is still the cheapest I know of. I keep referring people to live here whenever I can.

Great experience . Just bought a mobile home here in windmill estates. Melissa and Megan were very pleasant and helpful through the whole thing. I think l will enjoy living here. Great job in making me feel welcomed.

My grandma Frances has been living here for 8+ years and loves it there. Very friendly staff and the neighborhood is very well kept. It seems very safe and a great place to live.

New management - Melissa is very helpful, polite, informative and professional. Melissa and Magan the maintenance person/ office helper seem to be working very hard to clean things up, straighten things out and all around make Windmill Estates in Holland,MI a great place to live! I would recommend them to anyone!

Great place! The new property manager, Melissa, is great to work with. The Maintenance person, Magan, has been very good at handling any issues promptly. I would recommend living here!
