Jeff Genaw - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been with them for 10 years or so and they have always been so helpful every time I have to call and ask questions or want to change my policy. They have always been able to resolve problems for me and made it so easy when I needed to make a claim after I was rear-ended. I live in St. Clair Shores and they have been so accommodating with getting documents to me for a signature without needing to make the hour drive to the office. I can't say enough good things about this office!

Switched to Jeff Genaw from my other agent after multiple issues. Perfect since! Jeff and his team care and get things done right the first time. He took time out of his schedule to meet with me right away and hear my concerns and resolve the issues. Very happy now!
