If you're looking for supplies for small home repairs it's the place to go and your money actually goes somewhere good when it leaves your hands.

On my "must stop at" list for vintage items when in the Port Huron area. Good selection of dinnerware items, mostly vintage, at a great price.
Good selection of vintage furniture- worth checking out! A 20% off everything sale when I was there was an extra bonus.
They have the usual great selection of used household and building supplies that sell quickly, so check back often.

NO HAGGLING - prices could be better, but often you'll find new high end items at a reasonable discount. The little stuff is always over priced in comparison to other resale shops. Good selection of furniture. Great place to find items for rental house.

The store was clean and well organized. There is a large furniture section, very nice wood selection, and the prices seem reasonable for the most part.

BIGGEST HFH I've ever been in, also the widest selection. Almost a thrift store, with office, toys, dishes, cookware, lamps and more. Friendly staff , clean location. Nice selection of used and new tools.

Great shopping, you never know what you'll find. Except for rough sewn wood for hobbies and such. Great selection and great prices on the wood. 2nd hand prices on everything else.

No one is allowed to post less than 5 stars for this store. C'mon, a store where volunteers work to organize and sell low cost materials to help fund building homes for less fortunate people in need.

Love this place. Always different things. I've bought doors, furniture, big drain pipes, glassware... It's a wonderful store.
