Cedarburg Coffee Roastery

This is the perfect small town coffee shop. It is has a great (hometown ) cedarburg feel. The coffee options are really really good. This place will not disappoint any true coffee heads or any true weekend shopping local warriors. The cranberry bars are the best!!

There coffee and bakery are so good! I try something different everything I go. This time I had a hot chai, it was great and not too sweet. Plus it smells great in there!

I wish I lived closer because I would visit this place all the time. Very friendly staff, welcoming place to relax and have some delicious coffee. They have a variety of coffees that are freshly brewed.

I bought a pound of freshly roasted Sumatra. They had several options to choose from for whole beans, all of which were roasted within the previous two days. So cool and so fresh!

One of the workers said that they used to roast the coffee beans right in the store, but customers complained that the aromas were too strong. Now their beans are roasted nearby.

Also had a huge "Monster" cookie. It was so good.

Highly recommend this place.

I love the Sumatra! It's very strong coffee and it tasted great to me. I make coffee with my AeroPress. I plan to check out their website to order more coffee by mail.

Honestly, I've never bought anything but coffee but I don't live close by. I was in the area many years back & tried it out. I was so impressed by the environment & the coffee, I started to order their beans online. I haven't for a long time, though. I was recently in the area again & glad to see nothing has changed. I went home with 2 lbs of grounds & can say, WOW, I am in love with their brew!

We lived here for a little over a year and went to this little coffee shop 2-3 times a week. My husband and I love their Sumatra and Nicaraguan roast coffee. The baked goods are amazing. All the employees are very pleasant and greets you with a smile. We have moved now and cannot find a better brew of coffee anywhere close. We continue to order online and enjoy every drop. Miss seeing the staffs faces.

Delicious full flavored Cafe Latte accompanied by a tasty pumpkin cheese cake. The Roastery was spacious and nicely decorated topped with a roasted coffee aroma. Nice place.

In my opinion, this is the best coffee place in town. The beans they roast are great. We even get bags of beans to take home to grind ourselves for our coffee. It really is that good. I love their coffee, ambience and snacks. If you have not gotten their sipping chocolate in the winter, you are really missing something! This is such a nice place that we go there at least once a week for bagels and coffee.

Great place great coffee. If you like good coffee the first cup is $2 if a refill then free as long as you stay. I usually have a couple cups. Tammy makes wonderful bakery, the service is good and the atmosphere is friendly. A nice sunny place to sit inside or sit outside and watch the pedestrians walk by.

When I lived in Cedarburg many years ago, Tammy & Randy had just opened their Cedarburg Roastery,I would stop every morning for coffee and a delicious baked good made by Tammy's Mother before I trekked my way to my design job at Paul Weise Furniture & Interiors in Milwaukee, I had to eventually move back to Connecticut to assist my elderly parents but I would fly back to Wisconsin and to Cedarburg to assist clients on ongoing design projects. I was always cheered to come into the Roastery for that freshly roasted coffee and the warm greetings of their staff. Recently in July 2021. I made a trip back to good ole Cedarburg where again I was pleasantly surprised to be able to have another delicious cup of their freshly roasted coffee and a scone although Tammy's Mother is now looking on from her heavenly post the baked goods are almost as good as they were when she made them herself.
