HealthPartners North Suburban Family Physicians Clinic Hugo

I was finally as sick as I cared to be. I had been fighting a chest cold for 2 weeks and when I searched for a clinic I was able to get a last minute appointment on the same day I called Health Partners. I waited less than 15 minutes and was then seen by Brittany Hagen PA-C. Brittany was friendly, sympathetic and very professional. I was happy with the facilities, all of the staff and the ease of location for me. I am on the mend!

Went in on a Saturday to Urgent Care for an injury. Waited less than 10 min before I was brought to a room. Dr. Carlson was friendly, communicated exactly what was going to happen, and seemed to genuinely care about me as a patient. I would highly recommend him.

Always a pleasant experience. Everyone I have encountered is professional yet warm and inviting. I pass four other clinics for the care received here.

One of the other posters seems like a douche. I will not say which.

Excellent experience. Dr. Carlson was knowledgable, informative, and took more time than was scheduled to address my concerns. All the staff seemed friendly and helpful. No complaints at all.

My Family really likes all of the service providers that we have encountered, at the Hugo Clinic. We are very satisfied with the treatment we have received.

Service is fine, however it took 9 minutes to make a simple standing instruction lab appointment. And the amount of information that was needed was absolutely ridiculous. I even had to spell the name of the physician that ordered my tests.... they don't know the spellings of their own doctor names??

Not bad for general stuff, a couple issues with problems being overlooked that developed into bigger deals later. Ok for GP

They need to update their urgent care hours online more frequently. Hour wait for a five minute ear check. Front desk was not very personable. And for a children's location, and the long waits, they could use more toys and books in the waiting room.

With a waiting room full of patients to see the urgenct care doctor, we were all sent away because the doctor did not show up.

My experience was horrible I told them how I have been waking up stiff and can't barely move and had to have my 11 year old help me and my tailbone is hurting and the over the counter medicine isn't doing anything but what do they do but tell me to keep taking the over the counter medicines that ain't working this place is bull they are just here for the money that is it never again coming back here at all I would give zero stars but can't

Their phone message said no appointment needed and hours until 8pm at hugo location. When I arrived at 5pm, I was told they were at capacity and stopping early. Not being from the area or knowing where else to try to go, this response was a real waste of my time in trying to take care of my medical issue! They should keep their phone messages current

12/23/2021. Brought my son in to be seen for urgent care. Hours listed on their website say that they had walk ins available 0800-1000. Tried calling before going and their phone line is not working. Called Childrens next door (full otherwise I would’ve gone there) and they transferred me to North Suburban. Still phone line not working with a weird message but no option to speak to a receptionist. Tried their phone number listed again online and not working. Walked in at 0935 with my son after driving in because they didn’t answer the phone and was told they are not seeing anyone. I asked if they were urgent care and if they were open until 1000 and they said yes but their provider was not taking any patients at this time. Extremely disappointed that they were not able to communicate with anyone by internet or phone and that I wasted my time driving my sick child there in the first place. Bad experience.

Good luck getting in when you're sick! Communication is terrible. Urgent care - wait was 2.5hrs with only two people ahead of us. She was determined it was "viral". Come back if it's not better.....ended up doing a strep test (positive). Then had to wait hours for the prescription to be sent.

Don’t bother checking in online. It doesn’t help and they are extremely rude
