Preston Doyle - State Farm Insurance Agent

I feel that I have been treated fairly and with respect when I have questions regarding my home and auto insurance.

We occasionally put our vehicles on a temporary comprehensive only policy as we travel in our RV. We have no trouble with this procedure at our State Farm office. Very nice feature. Keep up the good work !

Preston Doyle has always made me feel like family. Even though I haven’t had to use my insurance for a very long time I know State Farm staff from this office will be responsive and help.

I first met Preston when our family moved from Denver to Mankato in 2001. My wife and I talked to a number of insurance agents in the area and we chose Preston because he had the best products available, he and his staff were very knowledgeable, and we felt comfortable working them.

The office gals are friendly and very helpful. I’ve been with State Farm and the same agent for almost 40 years and I will be til the end. And that says something.

The staff is wonderful but I will be changing my homeowners as soon as I get a new quote. I dislike the way the deductable is determined and I'm very upset that many houses around us were approved for new roofs because of hail damage and even after a qualified professional alerted adjuster to sufficient evidence to replace we were denied. Of course the adjuster decided the rigid aluminum gutters and downspouts were damaged but of course the damage didn't exceed the deductable so I had to eat the cost. How does hail damage downspouts and not the roof. At any rate I am done fighting losing cause and will just switch my homeowners insurance and maybe the auto, boat and camper depending on their rates. Again this is no reflection on the staff of your office.

Good insurance, good price, and good service. They even suggested that I not ditch my renter's insurance when I wanted to because it was so inexpensive anyway. A few months later my apartment flooded and I was reimbursed. Good advice.

Always polite, helpful, and friendly, handle things quickly over the phone, changes in policy, change auto policies when I trade cars, have never had an error. When I have had to make a claim it was handled in the same manner. I have never been disappointed with the Preston Doyle State Farm Office, or with my insurance coverages with State Farm, they covered everything we agreed on when I purchased the policies.

I have always had excellent customer service at Preston’s Office and his team members there are the Best!

I have traveled to Central America a lot for 10 years and each time I come or go I’m turning on or off some coverages. The office help has always handled these changes without problem or noted future changes and accomplished those at the correct dates. Very Helpful!
