Firehouse 115

We took a short drive special to go to firehouse 115. I thought it looked like a good place to eat and I wanted a break from our local restaurants.
The look of the building preps you to expect something really great inside!
We were invited in immediately. Angel brought drinks right away, gave us ample time to view the menu.
The meals looked delicious and they were fresh, tasty and the right temperature. She made sure our beverages were full.
Prices were fair. Hubbs omelet was huge and loaded with meat! I got the lemon French toast. The lemon custard is so light and delicious! I couldn’t use syrup because I wanted to enjoy the lemon flavor with each bite!
Earlier, I said the building preps you to expect something great. It truly did. The ambiance, the food, and a HUGE win on customer service. Angel was so friendly, kind, has a ton of energy, knowledgeable about the menu items and NEVER STOPPED SMILING!!!!
Completely 100% satisfied!!!

I really enjoyed by visit here. I liked the theme of the restaurant. My waitress was very nice and polite. She made sure we were taken care of. The food was very delicious. I had country biscuits and gravy. Overall, good experiance

9/18/22: We stopped in for lunch today as we were heading home from the UP. The parking lot was packed, but we got a table. Lunch was delicious again with my hubby's grilled chicken salad & my French Dip sandwich.

Today was our first visit to Firehouse 115 & we really enjoyed it! We were greeted right away by our waitress, Nora who was friendly & very efficient too. My husband had the 115 Hoagie filled with shaved steak, cheese, green peppers & he added mushrooms. I had the special of a grilled cheese, fries & tomato basil soup for $8. The food was delicious; we will be back on our next trip through Cadillac. The fireman decor is also interesting & a good tribute to those who protect us.

Great food and welcoming staff! A place founded by a family of firefighters featuring a variety of food with a few eclectic twists. Try the “Dalmatian Chow” (biscuits and gravy,hash browns, bacon or sausage and two eggs) served in a dog bowl. The patch wall features uniform patches from first responders from all over as well as a “back patch” from the EMS Roaddocs motorcycle group. Come in and enjoy a hearty meal in a family atmosphere.

Great food, friendly staff, and one of my favorite restaurants in the area.

What a cute place to stop and have brunch with my husband. Our waitress was friendly and fast. Breakfast was yummy.

Great experience! Not only is the food really good but a lot of it is home made. They did their best to accommodate food allergies in our group, too. Our waitress, Jan, was the best!!! She made our visit even more enjoyable. My grandsons loved the decor and enjoyed learning about many of the items around the dining room. I highly recommend them!

This is a must stop! The food is delicious, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and what a fun atmosphere! There is so much fun memorabilia all over the walls. Everything is firehouse themed including the names of the food. My breakfast, Dalmatian Chow, actually came in a dog dish!!! So tasty, can't wait to go back!

Stopped in on our way downstate. We have visited this establishment before and was highly satisfied with everything. Today was no exception. We we’re greeted immediately and promptly seated. The food and service was great. There was some excitement this morning . One of the patrons had a medical emergency and Angel stepped right in. She took control of the situation like the true professional she is. I’ve worked in the medical field for forty years and I’ve seen chaotic moments. I never had to see if I could help in anyway.She emitted such calmness from talking to the 911 dispatcher , the patron’s wife (whom she was concerned about driving to the hospital alone) and all of the other patrons seated and new ones walking in . I knew she had this all under control. My husband and I congratulated her on doing such a great job under pressure. She said she was so nervous but never did we see any of this. Just wanted to let her know GREAT JOB ANGEL.

Stopped in for lunch for the first time! The food is delicious, we were surprised how much is home made! I have several food allergies and Jan was incredible at helping. She even planned to surprise me with a dressing I could have but she checked the ingredients and it wasn't safe me but the thought was super nice! We will definitely be back!

I can't begin to tell you how awesome this place is, from the food to the service you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend the smoked wings and ribs, everyone enjoyed their meals.. I wish I could give them 100 star's, just based on the friendliness of all the employee's and owner..

Stopped for lunch! Excellent service from the moment we walked in until we left!!! Jan R greeted us at the door and promptly made sure we had menus and beverages. Wanted a t-shirt for a gift and she took the time to go find one in the size and color I wanted! In addition to wonderful service, the sandwiches were phenomenal- large portions very reasonably priced! We will be back next time we are in the area!!!!

Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, superb service, and delectable dining. Likely the best greek omelette and corned beef hash I have ever had! And instead of those little plastic packets of artificially flavored corn syrup, they serve proper, delicious, homemade strawberry jam with their toast.

We stopped for dinner as we passed through Cadillac. Everyone in the family found more than one thing they wanted to try. We all opted for breakfast. The hot cakes were about 12" in diameter and the kids shared a stack of 3 and had leftovers. The food and service were great and the prices very reasonable. My daughter asked to stop by again! Would definitely recommend.
