Hot Topic

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also had a clean well stocked store lots of really cool items. I scored an amazing deal on clearance and got a free item due to there awesome sale.

Stopped in to pick up a Hot Topic only Diablo IV Funko Pop figure.. Greeted at the door, found what we were looking for.. Got to the register and the gentleman that was ringing is out was super cool. Asked if I wanted to get another on for 30% off.. I declined

Then my wife asked if they had any Ted Lasso stuff.. They did.. Ended up using that 30% off..

Darya is the best worker ever. She fits right in and always looks emo as the company wants her to be. Great person and epic salesman.

Staff are super friendly and always let u know when to get a good deal and are very informative about their hot topic cash

Awesome experience! I was in store December 13 around lunch time, I wish I would have gotten the persons name that helped me but they were incredibly helpful, took time to look for an item online and other stores for me. She was happy to help and she took care of all the guests in the store effectively and efficiently! Thanks for the great customer service! You’re a beautiful soul!

A week back I brought my 8yr old to HT to spend her early-obtained Christmas cash and the staff went above and beyond helping her pick things out and making her feel like the cool cat she is. I wish I remembered names! You guys were awesome.

I was walking past the kiosk in the aisle with my daughter. She had just gotten a Pikachu build a bear for her 4th bday and was showing him to everyone. The employee interacted with my daughter making Pikachu noises for her and seriously made her day. Thank you so much 🤗

Always great. Why would anyone say anything bad about Hot Topic or the mall?? They are always bringing in the up to date shirts I am looking for, always a reasonable price, and always great people to talk to when you have questions or are checking out. Sometimes I wish I never had to leave the place :P

I've been shopping at this store for a few years after I moved from NY and yesterday I went in to find something to spend my birthday reward and gift card on - the manager and sales girl were extremely helpful and patient - even tried to get an item I couldn't get online! I'm a bit older than most that go in there and they never make me feel like I don't belong. Super friendly and just great staff everytime I'm in. Love them!

Went at a very not busy time for once! (Weekday around 10 am) to buy pride merch, super friendly staff and very helpful!! Got a super cool japanese food subscription box and it was super yummy!

My daughter loves in This store. Everyone is supper helpful and if we ever had issues with a product they took care of it right away.

I am a big fan of Hot Topic. The staff is helpful and patient while you find what you want. It is in the mall, so the prices could be better, and it can get crowded at times, but otherwise I really recommend it if you like their kind of style.

Love this store it sells good high quality products and its one of the few stores I know that sells anime stuff like shirts, pop figures, pins, etc and the service is great, there are so many nice helpful people working there

Kelly helped me was awesome very helpful i came in for two shirts and with her help with online sizes#i spent over a hundred dollars
