Always very friendly service, Gary Mortag is so pleasant to work with. They found some problems I didn't know about and took care of them right away. This undoubtedly saved me a very costly problem that could have left me in a very difficult situation. Very happy with how Gary handled it with a immediate phone call to alert me about the problem, and then repaired it! Thanks again for the great service.

I was greeted promptly by kind and courteous staff when I arrived. My oil change occurred at my appointment time and was completed within the estimated window. Pricing was clear up front so there were no surprises. I'll be back for my next one.

Micah took great care to ensure that knew what was going on and what my options were. He did follow up and find alternatives when asked.
Please note: there was an issue with the initial appointment - I was advised that service could be completed on a Friday afternoon if dropped off at 12:30 and they did not get to my car so it was kept over the weekend and it took most of the day Monday to finalize. That was disappointing and frustrating. But Micah did what he could to help manage that situation as best he could.

They were WONDERFUL! I bought a car there and everybody was super sweet and nice. Then two days later my husband noticed a rear tire bulging. I didn’t buy the warranty for the tires but I called them anyways since I had JUST bought it. They replaced the bulging tire plus giving me a second rear tire for free! Highly recommend! Plus everybody was oohing and awwing over my baby daughter =)

In for an oil change and a loose part on the back tailgate. As always, the service was top quality and I was out of there in a reasonable amount of time with my car in tip top shape. Gary was great to work with for this visit.

I had a headlight burn out on the way home. Normally that’s an easy fix but when you don’t have a garage and it’s -10 below outside with a headlight where you have to reach in and around the underside of the car I decided to have them help. They got me in the next morning and had it fixed quickly. Thank you for the help

Went in for an oil change, came out with a new battery! I didn't know mine was almost dead. Thank gosh they did a routine inspection and discovered what could have been disastrous in winter being stranded somewhere with a dead battery! Great service. Thank you. Plus - a car wash!

Gary Mortage is the best service manager Sommer's has had in the last 20 years. He knows his customer, the customer's car, what needs to be done and everything runs so smoothly.He is the reason I recommend the service department to so many people.

Troy our salesman was great. He listen to what we wanted in a car, he did not try to oversell, he was knowledgeable of the features of the car, helping in setting some of the features up. Definitely would recommend the dealership and him to others. Service is always outstanding at both the Buick side and Subaru side.

Even though I purchased my 2018 Cascada at a different store, I go to Sommer’s for maintenance because they are close to my home. Not only that, the people who work in the service department and the cashier are friendly and it is really a pleasure to bring the car in for service. I always take my GMC Acadia to Sommers for any work I need to have done on it because they always do a good job, everyone is so friendly and helpful, and their prices are fair and reasonable. The staff is awesome I wouldn’t go any where else. When I pulled in I felt comforted by all the Covid-19 safety being practiced. They have a great team!

Great service as usual at Sommers! They took care of my oil and tire rotation and also alerted me to another issue on my suv which I was not aware of.

I took my 2019 Acadia Denali in for its first oil change and tire rotation. They said it would take an hour and it did and I had a nice wait in their lounge with coffee and chocolate chip cookies.
