We had an amazing experience this past weekend while purchasing a 2019 Acadia. Our sales associate, Tyler Strickler, did an absolutely fantastic job of ensuring we found the right vehicle to fit our family’s needs. The entire transaction was about 2 hours and everyone was so nice and cheerful. Thank you Tyler for really going above and beyond.

Everyone was friendly and professional and my routine oil change took much less time than I thought that it would take. Nor was I charged an arm and a leg! I rebooted my next oil change that day because I was so pleased. Great service!

Marthaler provided an excellent car buying experience. They have a larger selection of vehicles than any dealership around. Despite going in on a busy Saturday, I received prompt and quality service in helping me find the right car.

Hunter did a great job assisting me and ensuring all my needs were met as we were finalizing the deal, and Tyler went out of his way to ensure the car was delivered to me, 20 minutes from the dealership, because I was unable to get a ride to go pick it up.

Overall it was an incredible experience and I would recommend Marthaler over any other dealership in the area.

Bryce was excellent in the sales dept. Returned phone calls I made to him before the sale. Welcomed us to the dealership and asked if we needed any beverages. Then brought the truck we had talked about around to front of building and explained the features. Had us test drive and answered questions we had. Made the purchasing process very enjoyable. All staff at dealership were very friendly. This is my 3rd pickup from dealership and will be back again.

Marthaler was able to get us in the same day I called. Our Marthaler service plan covered the cost of our parts and labor, relieving a lot of stress for our family. They gave us a free loaner to use while our van waited to be fixed. We got our van back within 5 business days and were able to pick it up after 5:00pm, which was so helpful for our work schedules. Mike did an absolutely amazing job finding our vehicle. When he didn't have the model in stock he worked diligently to find one for us. It took a bit longer than anticipated but he communicated with us daily and was very helpful. When he found the vehicle from another dealership we were able to get in right away and finalize everything. Sara in detailing did an amazing job cleaning the vehicle, it looked so nice and shiny. I'd highly recommend both Mike and Sara to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

We bought a truck a cpl weeks back and today our blower motor went out so there was no heat. Called and talked to Dylan one of the sales guys and he was so awesome! He took very good care of us. Got us in there as soon as they could and they fixed the blower motor and fixed some tire sensors that gave us a problem. We have bought 2 vehicles with them and we don't regret it! Highly recommend!
