Scheels is by far my favorite sporting store. The prices are a bit higher on most of their products, but they do carry some really quality brands, and they’re flexible with the return policy, especially if you’re not happy with a product, they strive try to make it right. Not only that, but they’re known for their excellent customer service with their employees, which they have some very long with standing employees who have been with this specific location for well over 10 years, and that says something about the company itself.

I rarely write reviews but this one was worthy. Long story short, I ordered an LED light kit and it wouldn't function. Some time after noon on a SUNDAY, I called customer service and explained the issue. The replacement was on my doorstep before I got home from work on Tuesday. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

And thank you. Because I need those lights for an out-of-town adventure this coming weekend!

Very helpful salesperson. When we told her what we were looking for, she stopped what she was doing and went into the back room to search for the item that wasn't yet on the display floor. Plus my husband was given a beautiful coin and a discount for being a veteran!

Bought some shoes (ON: Cloud Surfer) for work. Pricey but necessary. They have a large selection of a lot of goods.

This store was like three of the best comparable stores combined and it still had more options. It was refreshing to talk to the employees who seemed happy and proud to work there. Only downfall is I wish it was closer to home but makes a fun day trip.

Thank you Scheels for helping us pick out our new kayaks! I really enjoyed talking with the store associates as they explained the differences between the different models and the proper equipment we need to have a safe and enjoyable experience on the water!!

They have the stuff that no one else stocks. High-end pew parts, great archery line-up. The meat processing area is insane. The staff is knowledgeable and plenty of them. Oh, and it's dog friendly.

Discovered this store just recently and our family loves it. Well worth the drive for us to find things we like other stores near us don’t stock.

Pat and Hunter in the archery department were very helpful and knowledgeable with the equipment I had them perform work on. Even as they were very busy, they took the time to answer any questions I had. Very rare in this day and age. Very professional and courteous. I will be back for more purchases. Thank you

Better than all the local sporting good stores by a LONG shot. They have by far the biggest and best selection in every department. I will continue to shop here over other big local places.

It's like Disneyland except for firearms and sporting goods. Easy to get lost, distracted and spend too much. Staff are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful.

Impressive customer service in the firearms area! I made a purchase and the sales people told me I would get a special they had through the manufacturer. They were wrong but resolved the issue by following through with what they promised themselves. Companies just don't do that these days. I will be back and will be telling everyone they followed through with what they promised. Lack of customer service is a big issue these days, but I did not get that here.

Never seen so many people working in one store! Busy place but service was amazing. I needed shoes and some shirts. The shirt I wanted was hung up very high. There was three people walking around helping customers in that area. Did. It take any time to get what I needed. It seemed like every one was out to buy shoes when I went. There had to be around 30 to 40 people in their large show area and it did not feel crowded. I counted at least 4 people working and they were hustling. It took me about 15 min including looking for what I wanted. Checking out was the same way. 10 people in line and it only took 5 min to get checked out. On top of that eve person working there was personable and every person had a smile! Wish this place was closer to home.

Good place to come if in need of sports gear. Bought a pair of cleats and they weren’t too expensive and good quality!

It was my first time at this Scheels. I wasn't disappointed. There were plenty of sale associates willing to help me. I didn't get much but was still happy to be there.

Got some fishing stuff, new purple hat, and had some fun with family thanks again for always good way to start a day trip around mall!

Love this store. So.much variety. I was looking for little girl cowboy boots. They didn't have any. But lots of other shoes for the entire family.

Over the years I have been to all to the hunting/fishing places in this area. I continually find myself coming back here. The care, knowledge, and customer experience has not been comparable to others. No hassles on the warranties, too. The gentlemen in the fishing department were awesome last night. One of them were Dustin and I forget the other guy, but he had a chill/surfer vibe. lol

I wish there was a Scheels closer to west bend because I love this store. Hands down has become my favorite store to shop at for hunting and fishing gear. Always stocked on what I’m looking for. It’s almost like they hire people who know the product and the seasons to keep what is wanted on the shelves. I always look forward to heading north so I can stop in.
