Bear Town Bar and Grill

Their Hot Wing are HUGE!!!!!! So good! They also carry my favorite root beer in a bottle! Amazing chicken and wild rice soup. Delicious chicken sandwich and their french fries are awesome too!! We loved the service. It’s very kid friendly. We will definitely be back! Reasonably priced! Great place for lunch!

I went for supper on a Thursday evening around 5:00. The bar was packed but the dining area was average. There was only one waitress and one lady helper on staff for the evening. The service was outstanding for only having one Waitress. I felt so sorry for the waitress as she did her very best to help each table. We were not in any hurry, so we waited our turn for service. I think a second waitress was truely needed. I noticed a few families had to leave for prior engagements. The food was fabulous and this could have been just a coincidence that the staff was limited. I will for sure return and hope staffing has gotten additional waitresses on staff during supper hours. It is hard to judge just how many people will come in for dining on any given night! great place to eat and socialize. D.A.

Nothing fancy about Beantown, but great food. Chicken Wings are huge, 6 is great for 2 people unless you are a really big eater. Then order some Onion Rings. Signature Beantown Burger is great -- all the right toppings.

Beartown always has great food and service! Love their burgers and wings! Servers are great and patio is really nice. We visit frequently and have yet to have a bad experience.

The nachos and chicken wings are so good and will come back time and time again for both. They have really good bloody Mary’s and the service is good also.
They also have a great patio for nicer days.

This has become one of my favorite spots in the metro. Comfortable, laidback atmosphere and some of the biggest wings you’ll ever see!

Steak, broasted chicken & drinks. Yum! Outdoor patio is beautiful, service was awesome (thanks Mel) overall experience great! Highly recommend if you are anywhere near White Bear Lake. Also special motorcycle parking. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed. Ps awesome breakfast as well!

The burgers are fantastic! Every time I go to Beartown the food is consistent in quality and portion. The staff are very professional and friendly, all around great! Love the location and atmosphere. It’s a very fun place to be. It is now my go to restaurant. There really aren’t too many places like this anymore, take advantage and go enjoy everything they have to offer!

Spent several hours here catching up with family. By the time we left, the staff felt like family too! Excellent burgers and fantastic service!!

The wings are full section nuclear bombs in your mouth greatness! Shout out to Johnny & Mike, best bar servers in the metro.

Well, two years later we're back in the area & if course we're eating here again. This time I had the Signature Beartown Burger, & tots, also, the Reuben & tots, both were SO GOOD!!! 😋 Wish this would let me add pics to this review, but I'll post them to their website.

First time visiting Bear Town Bar and Grill service was excellent and food was good. A little expensive, but good. Not sure what kind of fries they use, but love them.

Order the wings! That is all. You will not be disappointed. Great neighborhood joint. Casual, usually busy and bustling.

We had a large gathering in the back room. The staff was great and the food was very good. It had been years since I had been to Bear Town, I will not wait that long this time.

Our friend had the fish and did not care for it - overdone. The entree salads are huge, though.

Update: I had the Reuben sandwich, and it was wonderful! I don't like a ton of meat on them, and this meat was chopped, not sliced, which was perfect. A good combination of the ingredients. The tater tots were also good. My husband had the French dip sandwich and onion rings. He enjoyed both of them.

They have Down East. Wife approved. Summit on tap. You know it’s good. Burgers - thumbs up. Whole wings, good flavors. Weekend brunch. You gotta try it.

Pleasantly surprised! I had the chicken sandwich and fries yum! our server was awesome! our kids didn't care for the pizza much but great little dive.

Jason is an underrated cook, legendary bugers and chicken sandwiches.

Food is always delicious. Service was a little slower, but it was Sunday morning. One of their busiest times. A little dated, but original! Love the patio seating.
