Dunkin'

I think we have the same experience as another 5 star. Thursday morning, Whitney at the drive thru, fast and friendly service. We only got donuts but the kids liked them.

The woman at 9 on Thursday who helped my family this morning was awesome. Super friendly. Super helpful. Insanely cheerful. Give her a raise because she’s what we need in the mornings!

Best Dunkin location by far. The have great costumer service and the location is always very clean and well stocked to perfection.

We had a really wonderful experience today. Our daughter attends the local elementary school and earned a coupon for a free donut for good behavior. When we came in Eric helped us and made it a really fun and special event for our family. Thank you Eric for being awesome our kids had so much fun.

Pulled in 5:55pm & drive thru was silent. Pulled to the drive thru window and they were closed. Cashiers still inside. Schedule on the window says 8pm and LED "open" sign on front door was still ON. Told me they closed earlier "due to the weather" - not sure if they meant snowing in MN and they will reopen in April 2023? Haha :) Roads were perfectly fine at 5pm, no snow storms or any other odd weather conditions not expected in MN in November were present to close early.

The store was nice and clean. When we went to pick up our mobile order my son noticed they had the donut he wanted but the app had said they didn’t. The nice man behind the counter didn’t hesitate to get him the donut! He made my sons day! Would recommend this stop!

The gentleman that opened the store this morning was very kind, and generous. The coffee was delicious, and so was the bacon avocado toast. Kindness goes far in today's world. I hope more people like him work there, because business would be great all the time.

Shout out to the manager of the Dunkin donuts at 7114 Otter Lake Rd, Lino Lakes, MN . The man helped me out with some Dunkin cups for a project I'm working on for my Dunkin donuts superfan daughter. Stop here every other Thursday morning for two dozen doughnuts for our service meetings at work. Always great service and fast!

This location has really turned itself around for the good! Happy to come here now. Drinks taste great, donuts are fresher, and sandwiches are tasty. Plus the workers seem to be more pleasant now. Great job 👍

I've taken my 8 year old several times. She loves it!!! The staff is always welcoming and very friendly!

Love their coffee and breakfast food, although I've never had a good experience with the donuts. Maybe it's just the time I go but I always end up getting slightly stale donuts

This location goes above and beyond for customers! The staff is so friendly, service is fast. The workers seem like they actually enjoy their job. This is my favorite Dunkin’ location.

Busy on Saturday morning. I ordered via the app and went to the drive thru to pick up. Took a while to get through the five cards ahead of me in the line. Recommend picking up in store if you order by the app or online. Got exactly what we ordered so that was great.

Ordered online,got there line was long but went at a good pace. Told them my order # and they informed me that they didn't have any Matcha left so I Ordered 2 of the SugarPlum and it was delicious! Great Customer service great pace due to the 2020 drama of "Down With The Sickness" and long lines!Thank You Dunkin 🍩🧋💕

This Dunkin was soooo much better than the ones I usually go too! Woodbury must have better staff then Maplewood and Lino Lakes, cuz I'm disappointed everytime I go- but Woodbury did everything from the order taking to the actual order delivery Perfect!

And the avocado toast- I just want to thank whoever is responsible for adding this to the menu.
