I do love this place it's difficult to be objective. The atmosphere is lively, yet conducive to quiet conversation. The staff are outstanding. The food truly delicious. The eclectic antiques add just the perfect touch. Thank you!

Best breakfast in town. The Quiche is amazing and my personal favorite are the Rosemary Biscuits and Gravy are to die for! Cozy atmosphere with great service. Love their baked goods!

I have been here almost every day for the past three months because I work upstairs and holy goodness!

The atmosphere is amazing with the holiday decorations and general happiness vibes. The food is good and I know thats a lame way to describe food but it's true... It's simply really good. (for instance I am a biscuits and gravy snob and I thought there's is delicious)

The staff here are all so kind and patient. I have met most of the staff at this point and there all so nice!

Simply the best coffee and lattes around. Go to Starbucks if you want sugar water. Go here if you want to know what real coffee drinks taste like. The food was unbelievable. I had the rosemary biscuits and gravy and my wire had the egg sandwich on rosemary biscuit with egg havarti and avocado. We also had beignets which were crazy good. Too much food for two people but everything was good. Will go there as often as possible.

Enjoyable experience. The Farmer's breakfast was good, about what you would expect from a relatively basic dish--a safe bet for someone without an adventurous palate. The Swedish Reuben was tasty with a shout out to the quality bread. The 7-layer bar was good, but not spectacular--would try a different dessert next time. The shop has two levels, but the upstairs is reserved for workers.

Love everything about this place, from the decor to the scrumptious pastry selection. Their cookies are delicious and chewy.

This place gets busy, and once warmer weather hits I'm sure it'll be harder to snag a seat, but it'll be worth the wait.

This is a very nice place with creative options to eat and drink.

I had biscuits and gravy for breakfast this day. The dish was well cooked, the biscuit was excellent, the bacon was perfect, but the gravy a bit too salty. The dish was priced about 10% higher than expected. (the premium is likely due to the strict ingredient sourcing policy and prime location on the Stillwater strip.)

All things considered, this place deserves 5 stars and is an excellent choice for a meal while on a date or spending the day on the Stillwater strip.

I own a business above them ( shameless plug for Riverside Roofing and St Croix roofing and contracting :) ) and these guys are the bees knees.
Homemade sourdough is killer on the egg sandwich or French au jus, great americanos, and the owner and staff are always happy to be sweating it out and cooking back there, always inviting staff. Thanks Mon Peeps!

Cute little bakery and coffee shop! Stopped for breakfast and had the Brioche French Toast, a generous serving with three fluffy slices of brioche served with cinnamon sugar butter, maple syrup and a fresh berry compote. Service was fast and friendly, and the ambience was very cozy.

We each ordered the meat quiche with the potato side. It was exceptionally good! We really loved the atmosphere. The music playing was really lovely. I recognized a Madeline Peyroux song, which isn't the most common. I got a latte and the apple cider mimosa they were both delicious 😋. We will look forward to visiting again next time we are in Stillwater.

Delicious food and Hygge atmosphere! The employees were very kind and welcoming, and we got our food fairly quick!

This Cafe is a MUST DO for breakfast or lunch. The pastries and made to order breakfasts are amazing! The sandwiches reach a new level due to the bakery. And the atmosphere!! I just want to curl up with a mug and wait to come out when winter is over!!

I tried the avocado tartine. My friends had the quiche, pancakes, and french toast. All of the food was delicious and the vegetables and fruit were all fresh and good quality.

In town visiting. The atmosphere and decor were great - even the bathrooms were adorable. The staff is fast and friendly, and the FOOD! I had the lemon ricotta pancakes with a banana toffee latte - 10/10 - would have for the rest of my life if I could. My husband had the biscuits and gravy and said they were great. You need to stop here for breakfast if you're in Stillwater. The Cafe itself feels a little small but don't worry - the tables turn over quickly.

BEST breakfast / brunch / lunch in Stillwater, Minnesota.

Ordered a French Dip (best I’ve had), beignets, and a butterscotch roll for brunch. Paired it with a mango lemonade and had a wonderful meal.

We got our drinks and pastries as soon as we sat down at the bar - food came out in only 20 minutes steaming hot even though they were packed and busy!!

Everyone was super friendly even with how many people were ordering and our orders came out perfectly.

I live in the area; my mom was visiting and we woke up early on a Saturday. We wanted to walk to breakfast, and Mon Petit Cheri was the only place open.

I had been here for coffee before but am so glad we went for breakfast. Delicious food, great service, able to address my severe food allergy, and a fun atmosphere.

The building does have steps to get in the front door, but also has a wheelchair/handicap access on the side, which I saw many people use (basically it’s not a dumpster back entrance wheelchair users often have to deal with).

Was my favorite place when it was located in Minneapolis. Now that it is in Stillwater, I still find that it is worth the drive. :)

Not only is the food absolutely incredible here, the people are amazing. Staff like Elynn (Might have gotten the spelling wrong, apologies) and others, are what makes this place magic aside from the Butterbeer rolls and general happiness vibes :).

Best BLT I have ever had! Everyone’s plates looked and tasted amazing. Can’t wait to come back.
