5-star customer service! In addition to her positive attitude, the associate working Monday night went above and beyond to help me complete a return.

I went in with one of my best friends to pick out a dress. Being in a dress shop isn’t the most delightful thing a guy can ever do, but the staff was very nice, the lady who helped my best friend find her dress was so polite and friendly. She made me feel like I wasn’t even out of place. Her name I think was Sofia? 10/10 nicest staff member I’ve met at any clothing store

Sophia was absolutely AMAZING ! Her energy and helpfulness were outstanding. She knew exactly what I was looking for and had options that I didn’t even think of. She really knows her stuff. 10000% recommend going to her. You’ll feel like you’re shopping with your best friend !

Sofia Garcia was the absolute best! I went with my best friend to help her pick out her prom dress and right off the bat Sofia was helping us decide what looked good and was handing her options. Not only that but she was completely honest about things that would look good on her and things that wouldn’t. She wasn’t just doing that with us, she was treating everyone the exact same and it was phenomenal to see. Sofia was the most sweet and honest person and she knew what she was doing! She was amazing!

Sophia Garcia is the BEST! She helped me so much when I was in need of finding the perfect bralette to wear under my NYE shirt! She spent time with me to match up different options to go with my shirt and she had a very friendly and upbeat personality! Thanks Sophia! Prom dress shopping in a full store can be overwhelming. Although they were busy, Sophia took the time to help my daughter and give her advice. Her youthfulness is great when working with high school clientele and her customer service was exemplary. Windsor offers dresses at affordable prices making it possible for all girls to look fabulous. Great selection. Love the online features as well!

My mom and I were from out of town and were looking for a formal dress for an upcoming event. We were lucky to have Sofia assist us with trying on multiple style dresses. I’m the type of person that sits on the sidelines and helps my friends pick out their clothes and whatnot. We were at Windsor to find me a prom dress and I was extremely nervous. Sofia Garcia immediately swooped in and saved the day. She helped me find 6 beautiful dresses and checked in throughout the entire time I was there to help me make a decision. She had the entire fitting room hyping me up and offering input to help me make a decision. I ended up buying both dresses, but I couldn’t have done it without Sofia. I will definitely be coming back :)

Very friendly and helpful staff. I dealt with Sophia and Simone this past weekend. It was extremely busy and Simone went out of her way to help us when asked even though she was being pulled several directions. She handled the multitasking professionally and extremely well. Sophia was working the register and made a point to have a positive conversation with each customer while working quickly and keeping the line moving without the customer feeling rushed. Every interaction I have had this past year has been a very positive experience. I’ve needed to return and reorder things I bought online and the staff in the store has been more than accommodating with helping.

Very reasonable prices. All items necessary for a formal occasion can be found here! Caroline was super helpful and made great casual conversation with our daughter. She helped our daughter feel confident in her selections. This is so much better than online dress/accessory shopping. :)

This week I was in Windsor shopping for a dress for multiple weddings coming up. I have never been good at this and don't enjoy doing it alone, however my lunch break was when I was able to go. One of the managers, Sophia, was extremely helpful! She actually picked out the winning dress, a style and color I hadn't even considered until she put it over the fitting room door. She and another customer helped me by letting me show them and get their opinions which made the entire experience fun. I felt like I was shopping with friends! Thank you for this :) I've enjoyed every experience in this store and will continue to be a loyal customer!

So pleased with my last experience here, it is back to being my favorite place to shop. Shout out to Sofia for making this experience wonderful. I had found a jacket at the store that I absolutely loved but when I went back a week later they no longer had it in my size. Sofia helped a new cashier look up what other stores might have my size in stock. There ended up being two stores that had it but were too far for me to want to drive. Sofia graciously offered that if she was at one of the other locations she would buy and ship the jacket to me directly. Blown away by lengths she would go for a customer to get what they want. Absolutely amazing customer service that should be recognized.

I just bought a wedding guest dress from Windsor and was looking for a bra that would work with it. An employee named Sophia came up to help me and talk to me. She was super friendly and helpful, giving me many tricks and tips while being so open about her experiences. Great costumer service, Prices, and people!!

I went into Windsor in fox river mall, and instantly I felt so comfortable. Fia welcomed me, asked me what I was looking for and instantly knew exactly what I was in the market for. She was absolutely amazing! And I can’t wait to see her again on my next trip to the mall!

Sofia was amazing. She helped me pick out many different dresses that we both liked and she was so helpful while still helping other people. I went to get my prom dress but didn’t want to spend too much. I got the perfect dress with very great prices.

My experience at Windsor was fenominal thanks to Sophia! I wasn't particularly looking for a dress (I was shopping with a friend) but she talked my into getting this lovely dress. She was so helpful to everyone in the fitting room. Giving everyone suggestions on styling and grabbing different looks or sizes for everyone. She is definitely in the right line of work!

Sophia was absolutely amazing! So helpful finding outfits! I come in here all the time to shop for work and have never had such an amazing experience! Being an entertainer it’s extremely difficult and important to find clothing that works for my body type and Sophia was so patient, honest, and helpful! A true gem!
