I live in Elkins and we are truly blessed to have Marshall's Garage here. These are the nicest and most honest people you'll ever meet. They complete the work quickly, on schedule, and they are very thorough. The only downside is that they've become so popular that you'll sometimes have to wait a few weeks to get some things done, like inspections (not their fault, of course!) Devin up front is always incredibly friendly and helpful... Once I was in a real bind and gave her the ol' puppy dog eyes, and she was sweet enough to slip in my overdue inspection between other customers. They let me borrow their loaner car, too... Oh, and they've got awesome radio ads, too! Love these guys!!!

Marshall's garage is a full service shop. Always keeping me well informed, explaining available options in car repair, and going above and beyond in customer service, including delivering my car back home after its repair.

I was over and above an excellent first appointment with Marshall’s. I had an emergency situation with my car and called the garage to see if they could help me. They had me drop it right off and when they had a chance they looked at it. The very next day when they got the part they fixed it. The people were wonderful, professional and very helpful. The fellow that fixed the car explained everything in great detail and was sure he had answered all my questions,
I have never had such a positive first visit at a garage before. I recommend them fully especially if you want excellent service and a staff that really cares about you.

Have been using Marshall’s garage for all my car repair and maintenance needs for over 10 years. They know my cars better than I do. Their service is always fast, courteous and efficient and they keep you informed about what and when additional maintenance will be needed so you rarely get surprises when you bring the car in. My son, who is new to the area, has followed my recommendation and now uses Marshall’s as well.

A pleasure to work with. Devon came and picked up my car and snow tires. Then returned the car and put the all season tires away for me. Lifting the tires is more than I can manage. Thanks.

The best help & trusted garage. No runaround, no hidden fees, straight forward, they'll be honest, tell you cost & worth, I feel more than comfortable bringing my vehicles to them! Devin is great!

They pick up my car at work and deliver it back by the end of the day. Family owned and run business that is oozing with excellent customer service. Honest and fair in pricing. Devon who is top notch has me set up to put on snow tires in December. They even quoted me great deals on tires. I won't go anywhere else for my car needs Highly Recommend! As always Marshall's did a grand job. Quick and efficiant and cheaper than the dealer thank goodness. The folks there are always friendly, including the techs. Always a good visit - you know, considering it's to get the car sorted out!

Great service start to finish. Gage and staff kept me in the loop with the whole process, providing suggestions and solutions to solve multiple problems on an old 1995 SL500. Went above and beyond to acquire / rebuild parts under budget to get me back on the road.. It’s really hard to find great mechanics at honest prices, especially for foreign cars. Would NOT take my car(s) to any other garage. JP

We use Marshall’s Garage for all of our auto maintenance and annual inspections of our two vehicles. Not only is it the reliable and professional work we appreciate, but is the “attention to detail.” One particular “detail” is the personal interactions that Marshall’s staff provides. They call us doing our service if a question arises, they provide paperwork to share the extent of their service and Dave, Devon or others take the time to share with us at pick-up what has been done or suggestions for future service. New customer and returning customer now. They picked my car up, did what was needed, and looked into a noise that was agreed upon as being the issue. I wasn't told I'll need to replace this and that.... The work was done and done right.

We all can see from the reviews how very professional Marshall's is. I've been going there for many years but never stopped to write a review. I just have to now. I take whatever they say to the bank, I trust EVERYTHING they say... they're courteous and they go out of the way to help. I have never been less than ecstatic about ALL the many visits I've had. We're blessed to have them.

Update on our 10-23-15 experience, great service once again : We brought a newly purchased car in for inspection and while we were unfortunately swindled with the new car, the staff at Marshall's was great. Their assessment of the car was thorough and their advice on how best to move forward was invaluable and much appreciated.

Went to Marshall's yesterday for the first and had a great experience. They started work on my car right at the appointed time and afterwards let me know exactly what was done. The waiting room windows looked out into the garage so you could see your car being worked on. I have been a customer of Marshalls for nearly 30 years (easily 15 different cars). They are always very professional, and have done very good work, including handling some unusual situations. I am a car guy since the age of 16, so can talk the talk - these guys are sharp, qualified and experienced. One great strength is that the front office - the people you speak to when you call - are very knowledgeable and helpful. Many times Devon has gone above and beyond to find needed parts at a reasonable price. I have used other area repair services, and had decent experiences, but Marshalls is number one.
