Nike Factory Store - Albertville

This place is awesome! They have amazing customer service! Their employees are obviously trained well and they know what they’re doing! Every time I’ve been there it’s been a great experience! They actually know what they’re doing with the app and all the discounts and specials for being a member! Which it’s super easy to become a member, I did while I was waiting in a short line at the checkout! Amazing customer service!! Can’t say enough about that because it’s just not a common thing anymore! Good job nike and all who work there!!

I like that there's a Nike factory store in the area. I was able to find some nice basketball shoes for my son for under 50 bucks and he was able to try in a few pairs which is always nice when you're shopping for shoes.

The staff member was very nice and I like the fact that they recycle the boxes.

I'll be back!

I have never been to a Nike outlet and been disappointed don't think I have ever walked out empty handed if you are a Nike fan this the spot to go, shoe's close socks they got it have one of the best discount racks ever seen would give more then 5 stars if I could....

I bought a few pair of sports shirts for my husband that are hard to find elsewhere. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Busy place always fun to go through and look for new shoes as I am a bigger guy I wish they carried larger sizes in clothing

My kid dropped her tablet in this busy store, Andre happened to notice and kept it safe til I returned. When I returned he picked me out of a crowd when he noticed i was looking for something. Absolutely blessed to have him looking out for us today, and the Nike outlet is blessed to have a kind hearted man who pays attention like he does! Been going here for years now, figured it was time to give a review. Especially after such great service toda. Staff is knowledgeable and experienced. Carlos helped me choose a new pair of daily shoes and I couldn't be happier.

Selection was amazing and for under $40 I had a new pair of casual Nike shoes

Good selection of merchandise at pretty decent prices, but man was it hard to look at things due to the mass of humanity in the store.

I was very happy with the store. There was an employee there that helped me out a lot. I was kinda picky at what I wanted and he showed me all the options they had that fit my description of the type of show I wanted, he even looked up if they had different colors online for me. Jon K was his name he was very knowledgeable and respectful. And I’m very happy with my purchase!

This store customer service is world class.. they are respectful, honoring, and diverse. The staff will take time to listen and help you out, and if what you are looking for isn’t available, they will help you order it and mail to your house.

Shelves were low for kids shoes, I hope they restock, school starts very soon

I really love this store. I can buy shoes for me and my son at great prices. Their inventory moves really fast, so if you don't find something you like one day, try again in a few weeks. I also found that going earlier in the morning vs later, you have more selection to look through.

I met some fun people (other customers) there, out of towners and out of countryers. Had a good time. Found some shoes, lost said shoes, shopped for other shoes! Lines were relatively fast. Find fun.

I love shopping at this Nike location. So many good deals on shoes. No other store I've been to has this many Sale items. My favorite time to shop here is during Black Friday.
