Returned some shoes I bought from a different Finish Line today and had to order the ones I wanted. Normally this a big deal to spend money and not get my item like you should, but the fellas and the nice gal did me solid by their laughter, enthusiasm and jist awesome atmosphere they created. First off I ventured away from my Nike shoes, bad move for me. They had good fun with my decision cause they all rocked Nikes and that was fun to be the center of the humor. Second I had to have my new Nikes shipped to me which I'm not a huge fan of but they assured me everything was gonna be fine and with their level of confidence of Finish Line I knew I was in good hands. Third they were great employees to be around. Joking, laughing and giving me advice. I would definitely recommend this group of younger folks at this location any day. They all deserve a fist bump for turning my idea of stepping out of the box into a good fun late evening. Thanks fellas and chicky. Keep that positive vibe going and we'll see ya soon.

Great variety of clothes, nice and clean in the store. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They weren’t constantly asking us if we needed help but found perfect time to when we did.

Friendly staff and great customer service. They also have a great selection of running, casual and basketball shoes. Always a store I make sure I go into whenever I’m at the Albertville Outlet Mall.

Went just before school so store was busier than normal and depleted but staff was great and finding what we were looking for even being stressed from extra people that weekend.. Thank you
