If you're thinking about working with John, DO IT! I've worked with several realtors in the past and no one holds a candle to the work ethic, commitment, and integrity John has. In this market you have to move fast- and John moves faster. I am a night owl and would obsessively refresh zillow/MLS searching for houses. I would send requests for showings at 10pm that didn't even have pictures up yet (we were looking at a specific, high-demand area) and he would respond immediately. Several occasions we would have showings scheduled before the listing pictures were even uploaded! John worked diligently for us- and treated us like we were his #1 priority. His integrity really stands out to me. In this intense market, it is easy to ignore red flags and just try to buy something. But John was more invested in making sure that we got the right house for us, than hurrying up and closing the deal. John must have been an engineer/contractor/home builder in a past life, because he was an absolute WEALTH of knowledge about housing mechanics. He provided so much education for my wife and I, and was so patient with all of our questions. You can tell he really has a passion for this work and that makes him such a joy to work with. We had a blast going to showings with him- in fact, after we got an AMAZING offer accepted my wife and I admitted we were a little bummed we didn't get to keep hanging out with him. (Sounds silly I know!) Thank you John again for everything!
