Hampstead Family Dental

SO happy I found this place! Anyone else get the worse anxiety when going to the dentist? My previous experiences at the dentist felt like torture and I hated going to the dentist. However, Hampstead Family Dental is absolutely amazing!! I've gone two times so far (once for a cleaning and once for a filling). The cleaning was done by Kayla D, who is just the sweetest human on the planet! She is so gentle, thorough and kind. I've never had a better dental hygienist and I actually followed her from her previous employer because she is THAT awesome! The filling was done by Dr. Michelle, who is super nice, and I couldn't believe how painless and fast she was. I was just SO impressed! I have never had a better experience getting a filling before. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Hampstead Family Dental. I have had severe dental anxiety my whole life until I started going here. Everyone I’ve encountered has been patient and kind. I also take my 2 young sons here and they are all excellent with them too. We all see Morgan as our hygienist and she’s the best! Dr.Courtney Dressler and her dental assistant, Jenna are SO amazing. I’ve always felt that my questions are thoughtfully answered (I’ve had to have some pretty in-depth dental work done), and I feel she has taken my circumstances, personality, fears, etc into consideration when giving me referrals to specialists I needed to see. This place is a 10/10 for the whole family.

Best dental practice around. Everyone is always super nice and friendly. They do what needs to be done, let you know if any issues, and never pressure you into services you don't need. I highly recommend them for anyone in the area!

I had come in for my 2 1/2 year old daughter's first dentist appointment hoping we would just survive the experience, but had no idea that it would actually be FUN! Firstly, she was delighted by the toy corner in the waiting room (though our wait time was actually quite short). Then, she loved being able to put on Minnie sunglasses to protect her eyes during the appointment. The dental hygienist did a fantastic job showing her all the tools, letting her test them out, and giving them funny names like "Mr. Tickler." My daughter was riveted by the whole experience and even more importantly, the hygienist and dentist were able to complete all their work. They also imparted some very helpful information about avoiding cavities and maintaining optimal dental health for a toddler. At the end, my daughter got to choose a small prize! Later on that day when I asked where she was going in her toy car, she said "back to the dentist!" Thank you for making thorough dental care easy and fun!

Everyone at Hampshire Family Dental is great! The team work well with each other and you can tell they enjoy going to work everyday. Super knowledgeable and helpful while taking care of their patients.

I really love my Dentist, Dr. Michelle Dressler. She works efficiently, communicates clearly, and puts you first. She's personable in the sense that she gets to know you as a person and welcomes you into the office as an old friend. She replaced a crown on one my front teeth, and she did such a fantastic job that now my smile looks natural. My front two teeth match so much so that I can't tell AT ALL that I have a crown. She went out of her way to make two different color versions and brought in a specialist to even make sure the coloring matched as well as possible. My previous dentist gave me a crown that was the wrong color, shape, and size. She corrected their mistake and made my smile a billion times better! Thank you Michelle!

My cleaning appt was great. Patti is wonderful - I was seen quickly, and all possible issues were clearly explained. The staff is always welcoming and warm. So thankful someone told me about this lovely place.

Until yesterday, my only visits to Hampstead Family Dental had been for my regularly-scheduled cleanings twice a year. My last cleaning was not quite 3 months ago but I subsequently developed an unexpected issue that warranted attention. When I called the office, staff listened carefully to my concerns, found a way to work me into the schedule, and provided some suggestions for how to manage the issue until I could see the dentist. They got me in quickly, especially given that they are still trying to manage the backlog created by Covid closures. I had the appointment yesterday and Dr. Keith was very competent and efficient in addressing the issue in the interim (we need an opinion from an oral surgeon before moving forward any further). EVERYONE with whom I have interacted in this practice, both via telephone and in person, has always been extremely kind, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. It's a great experience every time!

The staff here really seems to strive to make my experience as comfortable as possible . They are very up to date with their technology. I had an issue pop up that needed to be evaluated by their 3D X-ray. I was able to get clarification on the issue quickly by Dr Courtney who broke it down in plain English and not confusing dental terms. I have to give a shout out also to my hygienist Shayla, who is the best I’ve ever had.
I will definitely be telling the locals this place is awesome!

My husband and I moved to New Hampshire from Mass and took a little while to change dentists. After researching dentists in the area, Hampstead Family Dental was highly recommended to us. We could not be any happier with our choice. Every person in the office is extremely polite, professional and caring. We see Shayla for our hygienist and Dr. Michelle for our Doctor. Both are exceptionally professional, informative and caring with our treatment. My husband and I would highly recommend this practice.

Hampstead Family Dental is the best practice I have ever been to - I actually look forward to going to the dentist! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists to the doctors are so kind, well-informed and up to date on all the new procedures. They offer new technology without the pressure, and are sure to give you all options so you can make an educated decision for what is best for you. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone - small children as well.

I have nothing but words of praise for Hampstead Family Dental. I visited Patty last week for my six month cleaning/check-up. As always, she could flex around my busy work schedule to schedule my appointment. The cleaning procedure was smooth and comfortable. Patty is very professional, personable and tuned in to my comfort for the entire visit. Of course, she and other staff members were practicing the utmost in Covid safety measures. I think highly enough of her and the team’s skill set that I refer them frequently, and encourage all reading this to visit with Hampstead Family Dental. Drs. Keith and Courtney and crew are fantastic!

I have never had a negative experience at Hampstead Family Dental. Everyone there from the front desk to the dental hygienists to the dentists are so nice and make me feel comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety around dental appointments but the approach of the staff is so kind and knowledgeable that my anxiety is minimal. My children are also patients and the staff has been wonderful with them, as well.

I've been with Hampstead Family Dental for many years now, and have always had an amazing experience. They always accommodate my needs and always are friendly and welcoming. Lastly their prices are reasonable and competitive. All to say what more can you ask for from your choice of dentist.

My prior dentist retired due to COVID. I was terrified that I would not be able to find a dentist I could trust again. I am happy to say - it was just the opposite. We made a plan for future work that I knew had to be done. Jackie, the hygienist, spent a long time cleaning and polishing my teeth - I think they are cleaner than they have been in 25 years. I am so pleased with service I received. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Today July 14, 2021 was my first time going to Hampstead Family Dental. I saw Doctor Courtney and her assistant Jenna. Both ladies were very attentive to my needs. Especially with my fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Courtney explained everything in-depth to me and what she was going to do. Both ladies made me feel comfortable and at ease. I definitely recommend Hampstead Family Dental if you are looking for a new dentist. My dentist of 38 years retired and I was very nervous about having to find a new dentist.

I have a major fear of going to the dentist... so much that I haven't been to a dentist in 5 years. I finally made an appointment with Hampstead Family Dental when my tooth started showing signs of a cavity. I had called around to several other dentists whom all said I wouldn't be able to be seen for months. Hampstead Family Dental got me in right away due to cancellations. When I showed up for my first appointment, the entire staff made me feel so comfortable, like part of the family. After my cleaning and x-rays, it was quickly discovered that I had a cavity which would likely result in a root-canal. Rather than making me feel guilty for neglecting my oral health for 5 years, Dr. Michelle Dressler showed compassion and understanding. She ensured to make my experience a positive one so that I would feel comfortable enough to continue to come back. I did, in fact, need a root canal/crown.They got me in for an appointment on the same day the root canal was diagnosed. I can not speak enough about how pleasant my experience has been with the staff at HFD. My dentist-anxiety has diminished, and I will for sure be coming back for all of my dental work.

Always a pleasure to see the staff at Hampstead Family Dental. Dr. Keith did an amazing job as did his cheerful assistant. (Jen?) They even had a Comfy “new” chair for me to spend my morning in! My dental hygienist Pattie is the best you could ask for! I’ve had her do my cleanings for years now. I always look forward to seeing her. She’s the BEST! I know what to expect every time I have an appointment at Hampstead Family Dental. I am seen in a timely manner , as scheduled, and greeted with a smile. The Hygienist are personable and highly efficient (I have experience with Talayna and Patti). My lone interaction with Dr. Dressler and his assistant Jenna was no different as they made receiving a tooth filling about as pain free and comfortable as it can get. I would highly recommend this office.
