Belgium Service Center

A flat on our camper led us to this service center. Dave the owner looked at the flat and assessed the other tires and recommend we change them all. They had new tires at the location early the next morning and changed out in less than an hour. Unbelievable service and staff, many thanks!

Brought my car in to have suspension noise checked out, within only a few hours I received a call explaining what was done and what could be the possible issue. Once it was established that a sway bar link was bad the repair was done same day and I was able to pick my car up the next morning.

It's hard to find a shop to trust with work sometimes but this team is one that I would trust with any of my vehicles or my families vehicle. I will definitely be returning for any of my car needs in the future!

I had a flat tire on the way up to door County and I stopped in Belgium. Dave and his team at Belgium service were amazing. Dave drove an hour to get me a new tires and then came back an hour later. And then they put the tires on and balanced them and and Made everything good again. I can’t thank them enough for your kindness, and for helping me out. I wish I could give more stars.

The best customer service and they always do a great job. Dave and his team are ALWAYS great to work with and we trust them. They kept us in the loop with our vehicle and a delay with parts from another company- we appreciated all the communication. Again, customer service is second to none and we would highly recommend.

My poor old 2003 Outback was NOT doing well during the frigid temps over the holidays - years of east coast weather did not prepare it for negative wind chill factor temps in Wisconsin.

On this particular day, we had dropped by Cedar Valley Cheese Factory to pick up gifts of delicious cheese. We were there for no more than 15 minutes. But during those 15 minutes, my car decided to lock itself up tight. We've been having some weird issues with the car throughout the entire drive to Wisconsin from the DC area, but this is the first time I've ever experienced my car ignition and steering wheel locking up completely because of the weather.

We sat there for an hour doing the whole jiggle the wheel jiggle the key thing, but had absolutely zero luck. We were starting to freak out, it was getting around 2:30 p.m. and we knew that we needed to get some kind of help ASAP before car shops and towing shops started to close.

We finally were able to get in touch with somebody from Belgium Service Center, and one of the mechanics (whose name I forgot, I apologize), said that he would drop by right after he finished with a customer. In 20 minutes he drove right up with a bunch of tools, said that he will do his best but he couldn't promise anything. He literally sat there for 3 minutes, and with magical mechanical skills, he was able to unlock the steering wheel and turn the key in the ignition. He made sure to try it a couple of times, pulled out the key, started the car turned off the car. He recommended that I get new keys cut at my dealer, but said that it's entirely possible that it really is just the cold.

He would not take any money for coming out to help us out. I almost cried. I was able to convince him to take a little bit of cash as a token of gratitude.

Honestly this is the kind of Midwest salt of the earth kindness that you read about, but don't really expect to experience. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness and help.

In short, The folks at the shop are great, they'll help out if they can and will provide recommendations if they can't. But they should be your first call if you're ever in the area and you run into issues with your car.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this place. As a female, I’ve encountered mechanics who have tried to refer me to unnecessary services, have gotten blatantly overcharged, and have been treated like an idiot. Dave (manager?) was upfront, respectful, fair with pricing, and flexible with pickup. If I lived anywhere near Belgium this would definitely be my go to garage.

Very helpful, kind, and they know what they're doing. I got my alternator replaced and they were more than accommodating, even offering to pick me up to get my car once the job was done. If you're in the area and don't know where to go, go here!

We were on our way to Door County when my vehicle started dying on us. Earlier in the day I thought it was a battery issue. Bought a new battery and we were on our way. About 45 minutes out of milwaukee we started dying again. Turns out it was the alternator. Luckily we broke down right across the street from Belgium service center. The boss (Dave I think?) was very helpful. He didn't have the alternator we needed, but he called around for us, found a place about 10 minutes away and then let me use his shop truck to drive and get the part we needed. When we got back, we had most of the tools to do the job ourselves, but we're struggling a little bit. Dave them gave us a hand installing the new alternator on the side of the road. We insisted on paying him, but all he asked for in return was a Google review. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks again, saved the weekend.

My car limped into the general area of the shop, they walked out to get the information needed and talked me through multiple options. Then they talked my husband through all those options again over the phone. Every single staff member I interacted with was patient and welcoming.

Lived in Belgium for 17 years but always had my cars serviced at a shop in Port Washington. In 2020 I decided to try Dave’s service center and have been very pleased with all the services I have received. New tires, exhaust repair and new brakes all done at fair prices and top quality. Plus they are less than a mile away from my home. I highly recommend them.

Belgium Service Center has done regular maintenance and repairs (including a timing belt) on my SUV multiple times this past year, and I have been very pleased with all aspects. Keep up the great customer service and fair pricing, Dave! We appreciate you!

After taking my car to the Chevy dealer for stuff, I finally decided to stop by this shop to check my engine light. The owner, Dave, helped me out and was able to basically pinpoint what was causing the light to come on. He even showed me where it was under the hood and had me even feel the piece and how it was not working properly (which basically most places don't ever do- especially dealerships). I entrusted my car to this shop and am very happy. They fixed what needed to be and checked out the car as a whole and told me what needed to be replaced or what may need to be in the future. They also replaced a part some other place butchered on the car-i was shown that as well. Labor costs and parts costs are very reasonable and much better than if I were to take this car elsewhere. I think I found a new place to take my car to and I love that its right near my home. Already have recommended them to others. Very good service

Easy guy to work with and always got my car in right away and did a great job fixing it! Even when I had an emergency and broke my strut he started fixing my car the minute I got there and was done a few hours later! O and that was on a Friday right before they closed! Lol... Good place does good work!

Sold and installed plow on our company truck. Plow works great and was used often this past winter. They did a great job on the install and very nice to work with. Thanks again Dave!

Broke down on I-43 called Belgium service and had a response by a tow truck in 15 minutes. Shortly after getting at their shop they found the problem and ordered the part. Great service provided by Dave

Have had great work done on my cars over the years. They don't tell you , you need this or that. They take pride in their work. I won't have my car serviced anywhere else. Great group of friendly guys. Thank you all.

First of all thank you!! These people are beyond wonderful. I was stuck in a snow storm with car trouble and they took amazing care of my vehicle for me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Made sure my daughter and I were able to get back to Illinois safely.
