Game N’ Repair

Brought in my Game Boy Advance to have an LCD screen put in. I’m not sure how kids could play these things in the 90s/early 2000’s without a backlit screen. I’m usually pretty good with modifications but I knew there was a strong possibility this mod would require modifying the shell, which I wasn’t comfortable with. A simple conversation of what I was looking to have done was all that was needed and a little over a week later, I got it back with the most fantastic looking screen which has given new life to a classic system. I love that Game n’ Repair is close and handles some of these mods that would otherwise require a good amount of driving or worse, having to mail my system somewhere to have the work done. The staff is extremely friendly, very informative and the store is nice and welcoming with what appears to be new additions coming all the time. Glad to have you here and thanks for the upgrade!

Great Video game and repair shop. Employees are super friendly and always willing to talk with you. Asked them about doing some repairs on my ps3 and they gave me some ballpark pricing and what they would recommend doing as normal maintenance if we are going to open up the system based on previous consoles they have worked on. Need an Apple repair but hate the genius bar? Me too. Game N' Repair repair shop fixes Mac / Apple and they do a great job. Fast and complete, and very very reasonable cost. Really great people who are customer friendly. They fix lots of tech gear and have a huge selection of used games, pads, and other tech hardware. Nice clean store, well organized, and they won't make you feel dumb or talk tech over your head. So happy to find a computer repair without going to Milwaukee.

Brought my Mac in for a screen repair. Not only was it less money to have my favorite local gaming place do the repair, the customer service was fantastic! Great communication! Highly recommend!

Game n Repair did Excellent!! I had 2 items that needed repair. 1 was just a new screen, but the other was a mystery. Ross took time out of his day to "trial and error" and in the end fixed the item.

Ross and his team fixed 2 IPads and a Nintendo Switch for me! Pricing, Quality of Work and Timely Repair was outstanding! He also gave me very fair value for old gaming systems and games. I would highly recommend!!

Ross installed a new laptop screen for $40 cheaper than another repair store charged me three months ago for a used screen! Very happy with his work!

I brought my PS5 in because it had extreme water damage and was overheating…I can say the first time they gave it back it still had the same problems but when I brought it back they agreed to do additional work with no problems or additional charges and now that it’s been about a week since I had it back and it has no problems!! Also there’s rarely any place that can fix a PS5 completely within 2 weeks so I’d highly recommend for repairs.

Messaged him about my Nintendo switch that had a white screen. He told me how to reset it and it fixed the issue right away! Very nice guy and he didn’t charge me anything!!!

I brought my son's Nintendo Switch in to see if Game N' Repair could fix it when it stopped recognizing the memory card after the unit got bent. I thought for sure we'd have to buy a new unit but Ross was able to fix it in just a few minutes!! If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would!

Brought my daughter’s iPad out to Game N’ Repair on a referral from a nearby cell phone repair shop since repairs were more complicated than what the local shop could handle.

Although ultimately our iPad could not be saved, Ross made diligent efforts to diagnose and troubleshoot the problem and replaced two parts thought to be the culprit for the device’s failure to hold power.

Unfortunately, the iPad’s problem appeared to be the CPU, which Ross used his expertise and professional judgment to give us an honest assessment and opinion that ultimately led us to decide the CPU repair was not cost effective given the age/model of the iPad.

We will definitely keep Game N’ Repair in mind in the future for any electronics repairs, and we sincerely appreciate the owner’s integrity and dedicated commitment to customer service. This business is highly recommended!!!

I know this wouldn't be the case for every system, but they let my daughter take a look at how gameplay looked/worked on a prospective game. Again, super helpful.

I stopped in at Game N Repair to have an SNES repaired and to see if they were interested in buying some PS2 items. Ross was friendly, knowledgeable on both the repair and cleaning for my SNES, and made a competitive offer for my PS2 items. Though new, the store already has a decent variety of retro games in stock. I look forward to working with Ross and Game N Repair again in the future.

Compared this business to the local Asurian repair and it was $40 cheaper on all accords. Needed a battery in an old iPhone and an iPad. They had what I needed already in stock.

I took my sons switch in there to be fixed cause it wasn't taking the SD card. The owner was honest and said it got disconnected so he reconnected for me and didn't chage the whole price I was quoted for it to be fixed. Anywhere else qould have fixed it and not said anything. Worth the drive from sheboygan to Belgium. He also quoted cheaper then anywhere in sheboygan. He also bought the Nintendo wii items from me that noone else would. He is very honest and has great prices. I will be returning to his store for future business. Taking my son to the store today to sell his Playstation 1 and games. I highly recommend Gamn N Repair to everyone.

I came into the store to see if a DVD player I had worked or if the cords were junk, Ross checked it all out in a matter of minutes and turns out it was the player, this place is great and Conveniently located, Ross is very knowledgeable and polite great atmosphere overall!!!
