Chris Murray - State Farm Insurance Agent

Like many my insurance rates skyrocketed recently and the provider & their emu, steadfastly claimed I could not get a better rate. I did not settle for that response and began a search for a new insurance provider.

Asya at the Chris Murray State Farm Insurance Office was one of the first to reach out to me and she was able to answer all my questions, provide quotes and even understood that I wanted to give the previously mentioned provider a chance to match their rates.

The Emu could not match what Asya was offering. It was a quick and painless process to get set up and all in all, after a total of 30 minutes I was a State Farm client.

Effortless customer service is how I'd describe what I received and I cannot recommend this office highly enough.

10/10 Service - Chris and his folks are extremely sweet, caring and are helpful in answering any questions. When I signed up for the insurance policy, they sent me a hand written note filled to the brim with stickers, handwritten notes and further encouragement to call with any issue (shout out to Asya for her KILLER sticker game). Easily beats the hell out of Geico, who would often put me on hold and seemed to always give me agents who knew nothing about my policy.
Turns out, State Farm is a good neighbor. Highly recommend!

Huge insurance company, bigger customer service

Like most people I stayed with my original insurance company for 10 to 15 years without thinking about going anywhere else. I then transferred to Allstate and was working with my local Allstate representative. I was with them for a few years but they always made me feel like I was a burden if I had to call and talk to them about anything.

That’s when I switched to StateFarm. I fully expected it to be a large insurance company with minimal customer service and a hassle. I was pleasantly surprised with the complete opposite. I worked with Olivia, my local agent who talked me through the process, gathered information and was able to get me a much lower insurance rate with a higher amount of benefits and coverage.

I have insured my two vehicles and my house with State Farm and Olivia for the past two years and love them. Whenever I call the local office about a question I speak with an actual person within 1 to 2 minutes and when speaking with Olivia it is as if we have known each other our whole lives.

She and the other office staff are extremely professional and thorough usually getting me an answer or any documents I need within the same day that I ask for them.

I recommend anyone looking for a “different “type of insurance company to contact Olivia at State Farm.

I highly recommend calling State Farm and speaking with Olivia so she can do an assessment on your current insurance situation. Most insurance companies rely on people just paying the bill year after year without any research being done. You will be surprised at the savings that you can get and the excellent customer service that Olivia and State Farm provides.

I had applied online for renters insurance with State Farm, a few days later Asya called me to see if I had any questions or concerns. I said I had none about the the renters policy but I did about my auto policy. She answered my question to my satisfaction.

He assured me that he would arrange for s flatbed for my vehicle and all would new okay, 30 minutes later my car was getting a free ride to the dealership.
