Botanical Spa

The massage room is dark and quiet and very relaxing. I went for a one hour massage. The gentleman who performed the massage was very nice and accommodating when it came to the pressure. The massage was very good and relaxing. The staff was extremely nice. I would definitely go back again. I was speaking with a woman by the register and she said the facials are really good so I want to try one of those soon, too.

I love going to The Botanical Spa & Salon! I feel like I'm on vacation - every time! I took my mom there this summer and she loved it too. She's now hooked on facials :-) I'd recommend them to anyone. Looking to get away for a day or even an hour or so? Then the Botanical Spa & Salon at the Park Ridge Marriott is the key… you will totally feel like you're on vacation! Love it!!

Today my husband and myself had very relaxed massages. I felt mellow but invigorating when we drove home. My husband was very relaxed. We both had 60 min massages. I am definitely going back to Carol Birchwale. She did an excellent job. Check her out!!

I used a Groupon and it was very a nice experience. I am planning to visit there with my family next time. The place is very quiet and relaxing. The masseuse did a good job. If you want the deep tissue massage, you should ask beforehand because my masseuse started with the light massage. I felt that they were very professional.

Love it! I always have a pleasant experience. My therapist Carol is awesome and intuitively knows my sore spots. It smells wonderful with the aromatherapy of essential oils. I enjoy the hot towels, whirlpool and the indoor swimming pool afterwards. Definitely well worth the membership which is very reasonable for what is offered. I highly recommend it! 🤗

A friend and I had massages at The Botanical and we were both pleased with our therapists. Skill and technique was excellent and overall the service and environment made us feel pampered and well attended to. Love the bonus of having access to the hotel's facilities for the day!

I have been visiting Botanical for a number of years as it is very convenient to my home. They have always provided professional services and I love that the facility is always clean, soothing and very warm and inviting.

The last two visits I used a masseuse named Beta, who is absolutely superb. I'm very picky about my massage and like a strong deep tissue but by someone who doesn't hurt you in the process. Beta is it!

I hope I'll be able to get another appt. next time after writing how wonderful she is.

The Botanical has ruined all other massages for me. I have received so many gift cards to local chains and refuse to go back because they pale in comparison to the experience received at the Botanical. The thing I love most is that all massages are customizable. No pick Swedish or deep tissue...just make an appointment and they customize for you on site.

Their facials are also amazing.

I was gifted a groupon certificate as a graduation present to this place and it was beyond amazing! Even though it was at a discounted price, they treated me amazingly! The massage was incredible and the facial was great too! I would of loved to spend a weekend in the hotel after the services to completely relax. It's an amazing experience!

I don't get massages often, but when I do I only want to go to Botanical Spa. The Spa is located inside the Marriott Hotel. When you use the Spa you can use the hotel indoor/outdoor pool and sauna. Its so relaxing to swim, suana and then get a massage. If you can, get massaged by Carol. She's amazing. All the is great though. They use aromatherapy and ask if the pressure of the massage is ok in the beginning. Great experience.

My experience at the Botanical Day Spa was nothing short of excellent. I received an amazing massage and followed it with the most relaxing and revitalizing shower of my life. I also loved the facility and calm and tranquil vibes. Thanks for a great massage!

The Botanical Spa is fabulous! I've had multiple massages and facials and always feel wonderful during and after. The staff is friendly and helpful and they truly want to make your experience the best it can be. They use and carry incredible Aveda products.

Have visited twice for massage and a facial combo. The spa itself is compact, but comfortable, clean, and serene. Both massage therapists were excellent and the woman who does the facials among the best I have ever encountered. I'll be back.

Friendly staff - professional atmosphere. Convenient location and pleasant waiting room. Felt like the Massage Therapist took the time to ask about areas of concern and geared the massage around my preferences. Don't feel rushed - which is why I am there, to relax and work out soreness. Very good massage and very fair price when combined with Groupon.

I have had many facials at the Botanical Spa and every time it was an amazing experience. The staff is very sweet and attentive. They are very knowledgeable and listen to the client. After the facial, I look 10 years younger every time. Thank you Botanical Spa!

I have been to the Botanical Spa a few times for a massage.
The rooms are very calming.
They use Aveda products which are wonderful.
I am always very pleased with the treatment I receive there.

The spa was able to schedule a spur of the moment spa pedicure for my wife. The ladies at the front desk were polite and friendly. The spa was quiet with soft music playing in the background. Relaxing morning. Toes look fantastic! Leg and foot massage was wonderful!

Very high end spa located at the Park Ridge Marriott. You do have to walk thru the lobby to get there, which is bit of a negative but the lobby IS very beautiful. I've had two facials and massages there and given both as gifts. It is expensive but if you can afford it I recommend it highly. You can get a Groupon or Living Social deal at times so keep an eye out if you need to get a bit of a discount. Also, you can use the gym facilities when you get your service so bring gym clothes and check in an hour ahead to time to use the gym or pool. Wish I had remembered, after a facial I don't really want to go in a chlorinated pool! After one evening service my husband picked me up and we had a drink in the lobby bar. Nice way to end the day!

The Botanical is simply the best place I have ever gotten a massage. Beautiful setting and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Anytime I am in pain they go the extra mile to get me in, even with very short notice. I highly recommend the Botanical.
