Atlantic Medical Group Pediatric Orthopedics

My experience and my son's experience was great, the orthopedic doctor was gentle and explained every step of what she was doing, my son felt confortable the whole time even though he was scared, the place looked really nice and clean...10/10 would come back (hope i don't have to) but if we do, this is our number 1 choice.

I made an appointment for my son who needed immediate attention, he is unable to walk. I arrived at my appointment on time only to find they said whoever made my appointment made it for the next week not the day I arrived. They didn’t even have the correct information on why he was being seen!!! Yet still continued to tell me the appointment time was correct on their end! I called 3 other practices that day and would NEVER have taken this two weeks later. The awful woman I spoke with was absolutely rude!! When I asked for the managers name (Manuela) and asked when she was going to be in so I could discuss this with her, she was trying to blow off my request, saying “next week sometime”.
AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS!! THEY DONT CARE WHATSOEVER ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS WHO ARE CHILDREN!!
