Lovely little family run store in New Milford, serving all home made good stuff.

I put in a take out order for Tuesday lunch, via their website. It was very easy to pick my items, add special instructions, and complete the payment for my order.

My order was ready within 5 minutes, and the owner was really kind to call me and let me know it was ready for pick up.

The store is in a local plaza, looks tiny from outside, but I was kinda surprised how large and pretty it was inside. The tables are all distanced from each other, still plenty of room for customers to walk easily to the counter. The owners at the store were super nice and extremely gracious that I had put an order for the first time.

My Chicken platter was stuffed with lots of chicken, rice, a soft and fluffy pita bread, plus luttuce and cucumbers. Two sauces comes free with the order. IMO, spicy mayo is the best one among the four choices. The chicken was perfect taste, finished the whole thing in 5 minutes.

I have been very impressed with this local gyro store and it will be a regular lunch spot for me while working from home.

I was super exited to give this new place a try, and I wasn't disappointed! Their gyro's are absolutely delicious, and I cant wait till I can go back with the rest of the family. At the same time, the pricing is extremely reasonable considering how big the portion sizes are. The young girl who prepared my meal could not have been nicer!

The food was really great! We got fries and 2 chicken gyro platters. Good quality meat and veggies. The fries were really delicious and had a light seasoning which I love. Still crispy even after takeout which is no small feat. The pita was also homemade which was very surprising and yummy. I’m excited to eat here again!

Tasty, simple, no-frills fast service, nicely air conditoned inside. Would recommend!

Really liked the wrap (got the wheat option, which was awesome that they have) because it's nice and thin and a little crispy, not overwhelmingly doughy.

The food was really good, the owner is just an amazing and kindly person, so I can say that the costumer service in this small business is how it is supposed to be.
I was dying to find a place like this in town. Their food reminded me of the one I used to eat when I lived in Spain.

Gyro House did it again! Another delicious, fresh, and well made lunch. Gyro House is my go to for picking up a meal when I'm out and about. They are friendly, efficient, and family owned. Thank you Gyro House for all that you do!!!

Had to go to CVS for our booster shots and wife points out the gyro house. It's never to early for a gyro. So we bought ours and loved the taste. Highly recommend this spot.

Shout out to Gyro House! Best food and best service! Every time I come the customer service is exquisite and I just had it today and it was no different. They are always committed to great service and are always friendly. The employees really make the experience that much better. The atmosphere is great and liked the idea that it has a very modern style. Most importantly every food on their menu tastes delicious and always fresh. Can’t wait to go back !

Gyro House has met all my expectations..the fresh thinly sliced gyro cut in my wrap and platter is beyond delicious!! With the red chili and garlic sauce on it all home made..the steak and cheese platters and pita wraps also were amazing.. to their famous cheeseburgers. Must try!! My weekly to go ..my to go place 3-4 times a week. You won’t regret it. Best gyros in town!!

The staff was amazing and was willing to modify my order. No actitudes were given and it was all smiles (Well she was wearing a mask but I could tell). Staff 5/5

Now the good part. The food was so good. The vegetables were fresh and let’s not forget about the house-made sauce which is absolutely so delicious and fresh. Will definitely be back!

Amazing food and amazing owners! The food was so flavorful and delicious! We got the German wrap and a few platters and everything was perfectly made! Also the nicest owners you will ever meet! Highly recommend!

Just came from here and it was delicious. The owner and his wife are the nicest people. I highly recommend Gyro House in New milford. While going over my order there was a mistake and he made me a new one and gave the one that was wrong too. Such a businessman. Go support our local eateries

When gyrohouse first opened, I was sooo excited because this food is not like any ordinary. It reminds me of the authentic homemade Mediterranean food I’m used to eating! These guys are the best and food is excellent! I eat this on average of 2-3 times a week and can’t get enough! The owners always have a big warm smile and are so welcoming! The place is sparkling clean which is a wonderful thing because cleanliness is key and their foods in the salad bar are ALWAYS fresh! Highly recommended for people that love food and that love to eat! You will thank me later!

So excited to see a new place open up in town especially during these difficult times. I ordered the beef gyro platter and it was amazing!! Great quality, great portions. Look forward to eating here again.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. We ordered the Gyro, falafel, cheesesteak platter and their Cheeseburgers with the sautéed onions and mushrooms with a special home made sauce. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had in a while. Delicious dishes, beautiful presentation. The service we received was so amazing they made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Just stopped in here after anxiously awaiting their opening. The wait was worth it! The chicken gyro, beef gyro and fries are awesome. Huge portion sizes so bring an appetite. Super friendly staff and way parking make this my new go to Greek takeout.

Amaaaazing amazing fresh food and the service is outstanding. Priced just right to! A gem in our neighborhood. We order 3 times a week and have NEVER been disappointed. The best part is that the lovely family oriented couple that own and RUN it hands on is so inspiring to see. Great people and we love you guys! Thank you for you kind service and amazing food!!!

THE BEST PLACE TO EAT!! 👌🏻 Our family and I have been going here since the first day they opened up and each time we go in, we feel welcomed by the friendly staff. They helped us create our meals and pick out our toppings. We love that they have the toppings right in front of us to choose from. They also recommended we try our meals with special sauces - red sauce, white sauce and spicy mayo. We loved all 3!!! You must try them all! Best thing of all is the family size portions!! It’s great if you’re a lot of people! We eat here at least once a week and every time we order something different. You have to try everything on the menu! We highly recommend their gyro beef and/or chicken platter, cheesesteak wrap, salads, fries, cheeseburger and falafel. Great service, friendly staff, clean place, and DELICIOUS food!!
