Mauricio was amazing and knowledgeable and a great help. Had an issue with the posts and Mauricio connected me to the railing rep and they were amazing as well.

Ordered Dekorators decking and it was amazing as Mauricio double checked my calculations.

Went to Jaeger for interior and storm doors. Jeff Alvarado was so helpful. His knowledge and patience with purchasing doors was great. Will be going to Jaeger for future projects.

We deal with Luis who is phenomenal in setting up our orders and Mark has been our delivery driver. Mark is super friendly and professional. This is how a company should be run. Whoever is hiring and managing these people must know what they’re doing.

Great service, they are able to deliver and get you what you need right away! They also deliver to your door if need be Also don't have to deal with "Knucklehead Security" as you have to at other Hardware Stores! Keep up the good work men!

Jeffrey Alvarado literally helped save us thousands of dollars with his expertise and knowledge of the materials that Jaeger sells!! He helped us to reconsider some poor decisions we were making. In addition we showed him a picture of what we were trying to accomplish and he drew us a picture and made us a material list right on the spot. We could not be more pleased, no more Home Depot in our future!!

I went into Jaeger Lumber absolutely clueless about how to get my back deck redone. I had a few pictures on my phone and a lot of questions. Jeffrey Alvarado sat down with me, looked over my photos, and discussed my needs. I left with a comprehensive estimate tailored to my budget. I also asked him if he could recommend a contractor, and the guy he suggested turned out to be fantastic. As the process moved forward, he was always available to answer my questions, and worked directly with my contractor to make the entire process completely painless. These guys are helpful, professional, and excellent all-round. My deck is beautiful, and I’m looking for excuses to use them again.
