King Dinettes is an amazing furniture store. From the customized furniture and sets that you can get that look absolutely amazing. It became evident the staff was ready to please us and help us get the perfect color, style, and height on our new stool! Frank especially was a big help and we will definitely be returning for our furniture needs.

Wow, what a great place. We special ordered a Calligaris table and chairs from Italy. Frank was great. He spent time looking through the catalogs with us and really knew his stuff. His communication was timely, professional and the delivery was as expected. The delivery crew was equally good. Super nice guys, they took their shoes off inside the house, used drop cloths during assembly, reviewed the care instructions with us, signed the paperwork and used a credit card machine to charge the final balance.
We love the table and are happy we avoided the high pressure sales tactics of the chain furnitures stores that sell mostly garbage that is good from far but far from good.

We received our custom island today. We absolutely love it. Frank helped us through the process and was so willing to assist us in revising our color choice of the base. We highly recommend Frank and his team! It was well worth the wait.

We purchased dining room chairs twice from King Dinettes at different times and were never disappointed. The friendly staff gave us honest information and had just the chairs we wanted, with more than enough choices of upholstery. Their furniture is top notch in our opinion. Usually you get what you pay for, and we feel we got the quality that we wanted.

We bought a couch and loveseat at King Dinettes. The manufacturer upholstered it with the wrong fabric. Frank called to tell us and had the manufacturer remedy the situation. When the furniture was delivered, the cushions weren't right; Frank came to our home, took one of the cushions and had the manufacturer make us new cushions which he personally delivered to make sure we were satisfied.

This is the difference when you buy something from a family run Business. Frank is genuinely interested in making sure the customer gets what they ordered and that they are happy with their purchase.

I will definitely recommend this store to others and return when I need more furniture.

Excellent experience and an enormous selection, my wife had anything and everything to choose from. These guys are top notch. The sales guy, Frank is extremely helpful and knows dinettes in and out. They offered us great pricing on a great piece of furniture from the start, no negotiation needed (we shopped around). The delivery crew is very friendly and handles all the pieces with care. We bought our kitchen set here almost 20 years ago. Everything is in great shape and still looks like new.

Occasionally we'll break one of the stool feet, probably by repeatedly dragging it across the grout on the tile floor. No problem, Frank happily fixes that, and while he's at it, touches up any dings the stool had picked up over the years. He was so eager to help... and then wouldn't accept any payment!

In summary, top-quality products and the best sales/service folks on the planet. 6+ stars!

I found King Dinettes by accident and I am so happy I did. I placed my entire order on line from soup to nuts and Frank was amazing during the entire phone call. Patient, knowledgeable, and more then willing to answer any and every question I had. I have no doubt that my kitchen island will come out fabulous. What a great experience!!

Had a great experience here - highly recommend!! I purchased a kitchen table set about 4 years ago. Super high quality, reasonably priced and I get tons of compliments on it. My toddler stood on the chair, tipped it over and broke a spindle on the way down. The chair has since been discontinued but the folks at King Dinettes went out of their way to help us repair it. My chair looks good as new! Can't say enough good things. Thank you!!!!!

Outstanding company!
We purchased an oak kitchen table and chair set, at least 15+ years ago. It still looks great. I kept using one chair as a step stool to reach the top of the nearby cabinet. I recognized a seam separating on the chair seat recently, so I reached out to King Dinettes. Donna was so understanding and helpful. Although they do not do repairs on-site, she advised I talk with a furniture repair carpenter that she has used. I indeed did bring it to him - and saw just how talented and experienced he is. I told him where I purchased this set. He smiled big as said, "That's the only place that still sells real wood furniture. Any other so called big-name showrooms, and selling crap that I really have no interest in repairing."

I custom ordered an Amish-made bedroom set (bed and two nightstands). It sure wasn't cheap, but I've had it for a few months now and it seems to be very solid and high quality.

The sales experience was very positive. The staff here are very knowledgeable. As promised, the set was made in just over two months and was professionally delivered and assembled in my home.

My wife and I have been shopping for furniture for our home and have been to the big name and expensive Manhattan stores and then we stumbled upon this true gem of a store with an unassuming name which does not begin describe their huge inventory of furniture of all types and makes. Their service is fantastic. Dennis King and Frank are superb. They know their stuff and are helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend shopping here to get high quality furniture at affordable prices.

First, I have to say that I have lived in the area for decades and have often just driven by King Dinettes not knowing what was inside. A friend suggested I look at Canadel tables and they were listed as a dealer. I went in and was surprised by the different types of sets they sold. I ended up going on a totally different direction and was assisted by by a gentleman who had years of knowledge in the furniture business. I placed my order for a table that was “quick ship” hoping to make it to my house by Thanksgiving. As Thanksgiving approached I contacted Frank and he confirmed the table was not going to make it by Thanksgiving however he so graciously offered a “loaner table”! Where, other than a family business, would you get that kind of service! I am so impressed! No scrambling for card tables!

Every aspect of King Dinettes is superlative! The selection is extensive. They have every style. They have traditional and contemporary materials. There is no limit to how you can customize. The staff is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful with the selection process. They are reliable and stand behind their products above and beyond what I expected. Just had my 3rd purchase from King Dinettes and I just love my new Amish Bedroom Set! I had a space limit and they made my dresser 5" smaller in length and the furniture quality is by far the best locally. Highly recommend.

I’ve been shopping at the Scarlatella family’s store for 20 years. Have purchased a bar set, dining room table and chairs from them. Most recently a kitchen set that we love. Frank is very accommodating and really tries to find exactly what you’re looking for. Highly recommend King Dinettes!

Don't let the name fool you. This place has beautiful made in America furniture. My wife and I were looking for a kitchen island and could not find what we were looking for in all the usual places. So, she did another search , and King Dinettes came up. Their website mentioned solid Amish furniture, so we went.

When we walked in the front door the first thing that you notice is the beautiful smell of fresh finished furniture. Everything we could see is made by the Amish in Ohio. Since it is made to order, you will have to wait - it is worth it.

The help was fantastic. They made a great recommendation for us for a marble top (saved us a lot of $).

We will definitely be back.

I ordered my Bermex dining set and buffet from King's, traveling from Long Island to their showroom. They had the largest showroom anywhere, with the best selection of products, unavailable anywhere else in the area.. They also had the best prices anywhere, which is why I traveled the distance to them. My sales person was able to rush my order, and get it in time for me when I moved back home post-fire. He was of great assistance in picking out style, colors,and materials, as I was trying to re create what I had lost in my fire, but with an updated version. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again. If you are considering taking the ride there, it is well worth it. You will find the showroom has many other people there doing the same, from other locations as well.

We had bought a 42" Napolean Promo Table and Four Promo Chairs for our kitchen about 8 years ago from King Dinettes, LLC and they (Herm) were extremely nice and attentive to our questions and our needs at that time. Fast forward eight years and a piece of the leg from one of our chairs came off, most likely from heavy use on a hard grouted tile floor.

I called up King Dinettes, LLC to ask what could be done and Frank Gerardo asked me to bring the chair in and he'd look at it. He said if we would give him 24 hours he could fix it for us, so we agreed. The following morning, Frank called and asked us to come and pick up the chair, it was all repaired.

I asked Frank what I owed him and he said no charge! Now this was way after any type of warranty offer but they were mainly interested in serving their customers. I told them that that was above and beyond and now I would recommend King Dinettes, LLC to all my family and friends looking for beautiful, well built and extremely durable furniture. If you stop by, ask for Frank, his family has owned this business for over 52 years and i can see why,...........They Care!
