Nothing I ever ate there was the best in the area for that food, but none of it was ever bad either. Pretty decent everything. I stand corrected by myself: the zucchini fries were the best ever had.

This is definitely my new favorite cafe! The food was amazing- my partner and I ordered breakfast and the sausage that came with our order was perhaps the best sausage I’ve ever had lol. Everything else was also delicious so I’m definitely looking forward to trying more of their menu!

I really enjoy their food they really do a nice job they don't cheap out on the meat when it comes to a sandwich The only thing I would tell you is make sure you check what they gave you they have mixed up orders more than once

My mom got a catering order from here for Christmas Eve and everyone in the family raved about how it was the best deli sandwiches we've ever had!!! Amazing quality meats and cheese and amazing customer service !!!! Cedar grove has been a family favorite for years!

Great place where you feel like part of the family. Dinner specials are out of this world good! All of their menu items are just as good. Can't go wrong with anything you chòose! Highly recommend.

Hidden gem in Piscataway. The food is prepared excellent whether you are getting sandwiches, subs, or their specialty dishes. Best to call in your order first, and they deliver. The staff is very pleasant. I had the Rigatoni with chicken, roasted peppers, broccoli. I also had chicken noodle soup. My husband had cream of potato soup and corn beef and pastrami delicious.

We have used Cedar Grove to cater our last few parties and they never disappoint. Karen is always helpful with food selections and quantities, and is patient and accommodating with the dietary needs of our family. Delivery is always on time and quick. Most importantly, the food is amazing. Our family and friends always rave about the dishes-especially the crunch chicken!

GREAT PLACE...GREAT FOOD....HAD ONE OF THE BEST LENTIL SOUPS EVER....GREAT TURKEY SANDWICH TOO.....

Ver clean and very friendly, the staff make you feel like family. The food is tasty and I never saw a wilted lettuce leaf in all the years I've been eating there.

We had our annual Update catered from Cedar Grove this past weekend. The food was fresh, hot food was hot, cold food was cold, and everything was set up perfectly. We had multiple services throughout the day so they came back several times - each time precisely on time and without forgetting any items. They were even able to help us out with a last minute request. WILL DEFINITELY do business with Cedar Grove again.

The cheesesteak is awesome.
Nice mom and pop diner to grab a bite. Staff is friendly and helpful. They are quick in cooking and serving you as well.

Found this unassuming gem looking for a coffee while staying in Piscataway. Ended up with short stack pancakes with eggs and a ham and egg sandwich. Fabulous! Took my husband back the next day for a late breakfast and we split the Greek omelet. They brought it out to us on two plates and wow, what an enormous serving! It came with home fries and toast and jelly, and this breakfast with a latte (machine made, but very good) and a large coffee came to $15.88. Everything was delicious and what a bargain! Plus the staff are very friendly and courteous. The menu is huge, too huge to list here, but suffice to say this is now our go-to restaurant while staying here 😋👍

The food was delicious! We did a bbq package for our daughter’s graduation party for 75 people in our backyard. They set everything up, grilled and cleaned everything up when they were done. It included the plates and utensils too! They were amazing! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Had reception for my mom's funeral. Karen, caterer made it a smooth & easy process. Food was delicious. Much appreciated during a difficult time. We were in good hands.

We had an event catered yesterday and everything was amazing. From delivery to set up everything was perfect! The food was amazing, and even though we had a few more people show up then we expected we had plenty for everyone to take home leftovers! Thank you again for actually allowing me to enjoy a party at my house lol!

I’m going to describe this place in 3 words. Good Affordable Eats! Just got done having my first lunch from here (order was to go) I had a classic bacon burger and the wife had a turkey wrap both came with fries and for that price.. unbeatable the guy even asked me how I would like the burger asked for medium and just how I would grill it myself meat was good quality beef as well very good, but what really has me going back I have to say is not the burger not the price (well partially to both) THE FRIES were honestly out of this world, for a to go order you usually get them and they aren’t crispy actually quite soggy and you’re even lucky if they’re warm.. HERE the fries came crispy perfectly warm and reminded me of this other restaurant (bennigans) fries. I got a taste of nostalgia. I have to go with a 5 star to this place can’t even get a lunch that cheap at a McDonald’s.. and that’s no comparison of this eateries quality of food
