Me, my boyfriend and mom had a great experience at this place. Latha was very professional, nice and informative on what the prices, sales and quality were for getting a Queen size mattress! We really liked the one we purchased and it was on a great sale and great quality. Latha even suggested other delivery methods to do, which we ended up getting a Uhaul and getting the mattress right away the same day. Latha gave us a great experience and pricing for our mattress and we are very thankful for her help and kindness.Thank you so much!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted pleasantly by Jaedon - who ended up doing a wonderful job!!! We were looking for a new kitchen table with bench - not only was Jaedon informative, but he was soft spoken and so kind. Wouldn’t hesitate going back - we found exactly what we were looking for and it was in stock!!!

Latha made our experience at Value City Furniture SO great!! We walked in were greeted by Latha and immediately loved the first sectional we saw, which we ended up ordering along with a couple of other pieces. She knew exactly how to help us and placed the order exactly how we needed it. She also made suggestions based on the size of our door for delivery. She gave us the best possible delivery date and everything was delivered and assembled perfectly on the correct day. Aside from Latha's phenomenal customer service, Value City Furniture has so many beautiful pieces to choose from. We looked at many other furniture spots within a 50 mile radius and none of them measure up to Value City. This was our absolute best furniture shopping experience!

Not sure if I’ll make the purchase, but the browsing experience in the Green Brook location is very good. Salesman Jaedon was knowledgeable, pleasant and not pushy. Answered all of my questions. I’ve dealt with Value City before but in another location. Haven’t had a bad experience post purchase with them Thusfar so if I do decide to make this purchase, I’d definitely use the Greenbrook location.

Had a delightful and amazing experience shopping at Value City @ Green Brook. A lot of furniture displayed beautifully and also found many at reasonable price. Latha listened patiently to our needs & budget. She showed absolute interest in giving us the best. She was also so professional in her job and we are definitely coming back for more !!

Value City Furniture has been my furniture store for over 20 years. I love the quality of the furniture and the customer service provided by the Sales staff. There is one sales person in particular that I want to shout out: David Willett!! Thank you David for making me and my husband feel important and walking us through the store answering all of our questions in detail. I haven’t experienced this kind of customer attention in a long time, so it was much appreciated 😊.

Hands down one of the best furniture buying experiences I’ve ever had! From the time we walked in we were greeted warmly by Demetrius and provided with coupons. Demetrius was incredibly knowledgeable and made insightful suggestions. By the end of my visit I felt as if I’d made a new friend. Truly an exceptional experience!

Lata was a very professional and she had the nices personality. Before I came, I called to ask her if they carried the furniture that I was looking for and she said yes and invited me to come in to look around. She gave me her name on phone and said that she would be there until 9:00 pm and to take my time and the she would be there. When I arrived she met me and welcomed us at the door. After looking around for what I wanted it was close to closing time. She never rushed us out the dioor but she took the time to wait on us to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. After she finished ringing us up she kindly walked with us out the door after closing time and wished us a good night. Again Lata was one of the kindest sales rep that I had a wonderful experience with from beginning to end of my purchase and I and very satisfied customer.

Our salesperson Micheal was excellent, no pressure sales, answered all of our questions.
