Such a great massage! Went in with lots of strains, knots, and stress. When I left I felt refreshed and renewed. Betsy was amazing! She knew just where all my spots were. I highly recommend Stress Solutions Spa! I will be back!

INCREDIBLE! I did the Wood Contouring - Lymphatic Drainage before an event, and the results were amazing. Betsy is so well trained the process and took her time to really make a difference/making sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend doing this before an event or trip where you wanna look as good as possible. So great to have this spa near to home, I've done the body scrub too and it was also phenomenal.

She is highly skilled in identifying restrictions and grading her pressure according to your comfort level and effectively working through those restrictions. Betsy is a strong, giving, kind, and positive person who knows what she is doing.

Went today for my first time after searching for a new massage therapist in my area. I had an exceptional massage from Betsy. She really personalized my massage to meet my specific needs. The spa itself was lovely. I will most definitely go back and enthusiastically recommend this spa and Betsy.
