Avellino's Pizzeria & Sports Bar

We enjoyed our late night to-go order from Avellino's! The staff member was very sweet and helped me select a variety of the by-the-slice options, cause they had a lot of different choices. My friends loved the late night snack!

The pizza crust itself was nice and thin and had a good "bready" flavor. The pepperoni rolls-- WOW I wish my photos did them justice! The WHOLE CENTER was filled with rich cheese!

You definitely get a strong sense of a family-owned and cared for pizzeria inside. I hope to visit again next time I am in NJ!

I can’t say enough about Avellino’s hands down the best tasting pizza. We order ALL the time and it’s always delicious. Customer service is always exceptional. I recommend Avellino’s to anyone that is looking for fresh, tasty and delicious pizza!

Whenever I'm in dunellen and I want great pizza, Avellino's is where I'm going, if I'm having a horrible day at work, I'm going to avelino's for drinks. Best believe this place has that vibe where you want to be there. I absolutely love it and they also support anything and everything that is dunellen related

Pizza and wings so good and fresh got it delivered through Ubereats and it still was hot.

Delicious pizza and the soups are amazing. Very friendly staff.

Overall this is a pretty great place. Staff is attentive and pleasant. Karaoke nights are the BEST. I've only had appetizers, which are fine. Everyone raves about the pizza (CBR) though!

Avellino’s has some of the best local pizza I’ve had in the greater New Brunswick area.
Their Sicilian slice was particularly amazing: so fluffy, perfect ratio of sauce to cheese.
Their speciality slices are also super loaded and incredibly delicious.

Ordered 3 pizza pies today, and 2 of them were fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, the 3rd pie was burned, looked older and different box as the other ones 😕, little disappointed 😞 as that's not what I expected from Avelinos.
Thank you for fixing it. I always order from you, and I'll continue to do so.

I come here every once in a while, since I live in town. It's usually always good, no issues. I got to say, their buffalo wings have improved drastically. They are bigger and better now. I usually would go to other places to get wings since they were bigger and more worth the price. The pizza here is always good when I feel like having a more normal sized crust instead of thin crust. I prefer thin crust, but Avellino's pizza doesn't disappoint. My father comes down and takes us here every once in a while, on Saturdays. This recent Saturday we got Chicken noodle, Minestrone soup, a pizza pie for the table and the mozzarella and tomato appetizer. The mozz and tomato app was delicious. No complaints to be heard. Thank you for changing up your wings for the better. Next Superball I might have to get wings here now.

Great food! They make your pizza fresh, with a few choices out.... Not like the other pizzerias where they just have a bunch of Pies waiting for someone to pick something.

Food is excellent! The pizza is amazing! The owner and staff always go above and beyond for everyone! The owner even discounted all his prices during covid to help everyone out.Very friendly atmosphere! Highly recommended!

We love this pizza place! The Italian dishes are like homemade dinners at Nonna's! The staff is always pleasant and helpful and the prices are very reasonable. Bar area is "local bar" atmosphere. Highly recommend.

EVERYTHING there is GREAT!!! The daily specials, like 1/2 Price Pasta Monday Nights, Mon, Tues, Wed ... $7 Pizza (dine in or take out!!!!)... And many other specials, but the real GEM of this place is CHRISTINE aka "Monkey"

After moving here from nyc this is the only pizzeria I found that actually has real wings that taste good and pizza taste like ny pizza! Price is great too ! I just ordered a chicken pizza and wings using DoorDash ! Do good. I’m picky too

Love this place. Nice bar area and great food. Also has inexpensive happy hour drink & food specials during the week and during sport events. Michelle is a great bartender and always quick with a new drink. Love this place!
