Very enjoyable experience from a plumbing company. Yes, repeat that a few times and let it sink in. The job coordinator was a very nice lady and professional. I was presented with many options to choose from for the service date to replace the turn valve on the washing machine and replace the shower trap and the price was fair. Marco was the crew leader and was helped by Freddy, and both were great. I feel Marco went above and beyond, explaining what he did and why and they worked as fast as possible. I will be using them again for sure!

I was very pleased with the service I received recently from Bertoli plumbing. They fixed my gas burner that wouldn't fire, after another company tried three times. The technician, Marco, is a master plumber and very experienced. A great troubleshooter for sure.
Also, their pricing is very fair. The office staff as well, was Great! And even did a follow-up call afterwards.

Was super satisfied with Bertoli Plumbing. Was in the market for a water softener and called multiple places for quotes. Upon meeting Jim from Bertoli who gave the quote it immediately felt different from the other interactions I have had from other companies for quotes. He was honest and gave recommendations of what he would do and if there was anything in particular I specifically wanted. I was happy with the price of the quote and decided to have them install the water softener. They came the day scheduled on time explained what they would be doing before they started. After install they went over all of the specs. Super happy with them, will defiantly be using them again. Highly recommended.

The John’s came out and replaced a couple hose bibs that were leaking and also replaced a stuck water shutoff valve. Also had questions about other projects in the near future and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I have used Bertoli now a couple times and couldn’t be happier with the quality and professionalism at every point of contact! I will definitely be using them again and recommending Bertoli Plumbing & Heating to anyone needing there services.

Steve and Fred were both very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to fix my issue in less than an hour and we are very satisfied and will continue to use Bertoli for all of our plumbing and heating needs.

We got our water heater replaced by them and I have to say they were on point and beat all the other prices. Called around 12 pm about a leaking water heater and they arrived by 1:30 with a new water heater and were done in less than 2 hours. I called around for prices and they were the only company out of 5 who gave me the on point estimate over the phone and no gimics. No surprise charges or up selling. In this day and age no one comes out without a “coming out” charge. Call Bertoli for all your plumbing and heating needs. Even the office staff was amazing! Bertoli saved us from going through the long weekend without hot water! Call Bertoli! 10 stars!

My shower head was leaking and a repair man came on March 19. I had a 4 hour window and waited 3 and a half hours until he arrived. He told me that the leak was caused by the shower head and that I needed to buy a new one. I could install it myself or call them to do it. I spent more time and money going to Home Depot to buy one and had a friend install it. It continued to leak and I had to call again and have someone come the next day. The new repair man said the cartridge needed to be replaced in order to stop the leak. Why didn't the first repair man know this?
I wasted a lot of time and money because of the first repair man's completely inaccurate diagnosis.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Bertoli because of this review and they took full responsibility for the original error (with a very reasonable explanation of why it occurred). Because this was such an unusual error on their part, they offered an excellent resolution, and I'm now very pleased to report how Bertoli accepted their part in an unfortunate issue, and QUICKLY resolved it to everyone's satisfaction. Kudos for this, Bertoli, you're now 5 stars.

Received excellent service from my initial phone call to the completion of the installation. Javier and Thomas are competent meticulous technicians. I collected 5 quotes for my conversion to gas . Javier’s knowledge regarding the system was impressive. The price was within the other quotes. He explained everything regarding the process and answered all of our questions. I felt confident and at ease dealing with Javier. The office staff responds quickly which is always a plus. I will forward to dealing with the pros from Bertoli for my future services and plumbing needs . PS love my new Combi .

Our techs were Josh & Joe. We were very pleased with the service. They arrived and asked what was to be done and they went right to work. They explained what they did and even did something that wasn't done from before. We are always happy with the service from Bertolis.

My house needed to replace 23 years old boiler. I did shop around to listen which brands and systems work best for my house. Bertoli tech took their time to explain what system work best for my house. The tech took their time for measurement and plan options. The day from boiler replacement on time to start the job. The crews are friendly and professional with handle with care. The job took less than 8 hours. My heat and hot water working great. I am happy for their service. The pipes setup looks so organize and safe space. I am highly recommend it.

Lex arrived right on time, was very polite and professional. He did a great job connecting my new sink and dishwasher. It was a pleasure not having to wait half a day like most other appointments. I would highly recommend!

Oil to gas conversion. Fast and high quality work, panel came nicely pre-installed. Excellent back office always picking up the phone, great communication overall. I was ready to pay out of pocket but they became a PSE&G participating contractor so they could apply for a loan for me.
