Santo Ceviche

Just had Chef Artie's peruvian ceviche, even though he is Columbian and it's seriously mind-blowing! As a food lover who's tried a bunch of Peruvian ceviches, this unexpected burst of fresh flavors and super fresh fish in the middle of winter is a total game-changer. This is a lovely spot! You'd think it's mostly for the summer with the ceviches, but they have all sorts of tasty hot dishes perfect for all year round. We had the grilled shrimp entree and a seafood stew -- it was so warm, hearty, and delicious! I'd come back again in a heartbeat.

We had the Tuna ceviche, Causa de Pollo, the Tuna Tartare Sandwich & Pork Belly Bun which were all amazing! It was all delicious and full of flavor! Will definitely be coming back. Perfect spot after an amazing day at the beach ⛱

The food was excellent and fresh in the middle of January. Particularly liked the spicy tuna crispy rice appetizer

I love coming to eat here! The dishes are 5 stars, the flavor, the freshness of the seafood, the presentation… is what we appreciate the most. I will be back soon :)

This is by far the best restaurant in the area. It was truly one of the most delicious meals we’ve ever had. We savored every bite and are already planning our return. We have been searching for seafood this fresh since we moved to the area last year. Highly recommend the ceviche mixto, the santo, and the shrimp buns. We want to try everything else on the menu because truly our meal was unreal. Highly recommend. 11/10. And the owner was so kind. We truly have been searching for ceviche in the US comparable to what we enjoyed during our international travels, and this is it (maybe even better)!! It’s a must. Don’t miss out on the shrimp buns!!

My family ate at the restaurant tonight. It was amazing. The food was so fresh and full of delicious flavors. We had the fish tacos, tuna tartare sandwich and the bowl with beef and fries. I couldn’t stop eat. Definitely will be going back and telling friends.

Our family had an amazing lunch here when we got to town. Our daughter was craving seafood and kept saying how good everything tasted. They were so helpful in helping us understand what came with each item, recommended putting some of the sauces on the side in case the little ones didn’t like it, and were just so helpful with ensuring we were ordering things the little ones would not only eat but enjoy. Our kids loved the fish tacos. My husband and I enjoyed ceviches and we will definitely head back to try more.

We had lunch from here today at work. It was excellent! It was the best seafood I've had in a long time. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, and the seasoning spot on. I enjoyed every bite. I can't wait to eat here again!!

I first tried them when they opened in highlands back in 2018, it was love at first sight! everything is fresh so many flavors and so much to pick from needless to say I been following them ever since and never once have I been disappointed. love love love Diana and Arturo.

We love us some ceviche and we have been waiting for this place to open for a while now !
Cool atmosphere when you walk in , cool art on the walls and has a lively feel. It's deli style , order at the counter and then they will bring the food to your table .
Service was great and the staff was a delight!
I thought the price was high at first but once I saw the serving size it was well worth it .
As for the food it was delicious!!!!
Great flavors and fresh fish !

We will definitely be back for more !

We were at the beach and wanted to grab a quick bite afterwards. Decided to give this local place a shot and loved it! The food was delicious and the lady at the counter was very helpful. Definitely would recommend!

Best ceviche I have ever tried next to the beach. So fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed it.

Food was awesome! Went with a group of four and everyone loved what they had. Definitely will go back. Oh and it's a BYO which is a huge plus.

Just amazing! I had Ceviche here for the first time and it was just amazing. Super tasty food and really friendly people and environment, highly recommended!

I’m so happy this place opened! The mixto was excellent. So much fresh seafood. I added octopus and they gave a generous portion. We also got the seaweed salad and the tuna ceviche. All delicious and I can’t wait to return! Great addition to the belmar area.

Out-of-this-world chicken sandwich

The food here was absolutely incredible! We ordered four different things and each was amazing and flavorful and just so YUMMY. I can't wait to come back so many more times! Bonus: their winter snow globes for eating on site were awesome, warm and perfect for keeping my kids contained!
