Went to Tàylor for paint after being ignored in HD for 10 minutes. I barely walked in and was greeted, asked if I needed help. Told them I needed 3 gallons of paint in these colors from a HD brochure. Before I knew it they were mixing the paint and I was on my way. Not my first time at Taylor, but sometimes I forget and go to HD.

Very helpful, it's a good store you walk in and usually somebody will greet you and ask if you need help takes you to the area you need he put in a lot of effort to find the part that I needed. Price was reasonable and they took cash.

Joe, the owner, his son and longtime staff, operate a traditional, hands-on American hardware/supply store. Only hardware store to visit if you're looking to avoid the impersonal box stores. Sure, maybe you'll pay a bit more but you have a home hardware issue they have the answers/products or will recommend a local vendor/business to help resolve your home issues. Trust me a hardware store plus! BTW I only post if the place I'm reviewing is worth my time/key strokes.

This place been around for 100 years and is fair priced and has pretty much of everything.... The owner is Joe and is a good guy.. Being a retired Plumber 🪠 it's my go to store..

Took my son by to see the Christmas train display In the front windows, very nice display! Good friendly hardware store, kind of a mix between old and new. You may find that needed item here the big box stores don't carry!

have to go to these guys for small items, less than a dollar, and large items to fix my lawnmower, and they’re always in stock, and always helpful

They have terrific customer service and can always get help finding what you need. Great selection and no need to travel and get lost in a big box store. Prices are great as well.
If you haven't visited during the winter holidays you are in for a treat when you see their model train display. Multiple tracks, trains and decorations

I love this place, everyone friendly and helpful, Ben Moore paint, prices very reasonable for a small town hardware store. They have a lot more products than you might think so try then before you make the long trip to the big box store!!

The men are always very helpful and friendly, that's why I prefer going to the local hardware store.

I love this place. Every time you walk in someone offers to help. I ruined my drywall with bad advice from Home Depot but Taylor Hardware gave me what I needed to fix it (and it was cheaper than HD). I live a few towns away now but will always come back here, it’s worth it.

Joe and his staff are the best ! Needed my snow blower repaired before the strom. They picked it up Wednesday and returned it Friday morning. They know the meaning of customer service.

We just opened Jersey Mikes Subs up the street. The owner and the team in the store could not have been more welcoming. We already feel part of the Belmar family. Thank you. Great people and the store has everything you need to get the job done!!

Always have what I need. Can also buy a few screws, instead of a pack of 10 that just collects dust at the bottom of my toolbox. In and out in 5 minutes vs. going to the superstore that will take me that long to walk in from the parking lot.
