We went here to buy decor for our daugther 1st birthday celebration. They have everything we were looking for. The store is clean, organized and staffs are friendly.

Friendly staff. Great selection of cards and gifts. Was disappointed that Christmas items were only 25% off. Every other Hallmark that I went to at that time had 75% off. Even Hallmark website. I left my name and number because I was interested in some Christmas items that they had but didn't want to buy them at 25% off. Wanted to know if there would be another mark down. No one got back to me.Got 75% off on line and in Sterling Hallmark store.

The store was closing but found a new owner. 1/2 off sale on most items. The staff was very helpful!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY BALLOONS HERE. We Purchased a Birthday Balloon and had it inflated. Less than one hour later it lost all the helium. We went back the next day to have it re-inflated and it would not inflate. We asked for a exchange and they refused 'store policy' one it leave the store (defective or not) it can not be returned. So bottom line is they sell defective merchandise and will take it back. Unheard of store policy to sell defective products and not exchange them. Stay far away!!!!

don’t go here for squishmallows. they price gouge and most of the squishmallows aren’t even worth it on reselling sights like mercari. if you see a squishmallow you want there, just buy it on mercari or ebay. it’s so much cheaper. if it was retail price, people would actually buy them.

if you’re a squishmallow hunter, I don’t recommend this store. They were changing $42.99 for a 5 inch squishmallow and all the others were priced this way as well.

They hire 15 year olds that are more interested in socializing with one another than helping their customers
