From the very time that we walked in to the local La-Z-Boy store, we were greeted by Joe, the sales manager. Working with Joe was a real delight. He, unlike so many other Furniture sales people, was not pushy and very helpful with our selection process. With that said, we even ended up purchasing One additional item. We are familiar with the Great quality level of La-Z-Boy products. Thanks Joe!

Very enjoyable shopping experience! No high-pressure sales tactics, and sales associates do not stalk you as you move through the showroom. Sales associates (Sebastian, Angelica & Esmer) are very knowledgeable and were quite helpful with answering our questions, helping us choose fabrics, and going over details of our order to make sure everything was correct. Will definitely shop here again next time we need furniture. Also, excellent quality furniture!

I had a wonderful experience buying pillows and throws at Lazy Boy Furniture Galleries. Sebastian was a delight to work with. He was fun to talk to and had a great sense of humor. Amer was very knowledgeable and helpful also. I was shopping for my daughter and was very happy with the prices and the quality of the items I chose. I am a repeat customer and plan to continue to visit this store often.

The staff at La-Z-Boy have been outstanding. Especially Manager Rachel and Interior Designer Angelica. There was a process and ease of buying new living room furniture at this store with them. We are so glad we stopped by.

The store manager, Rachel and sales rep, Joe, provided excellent service in the store, at pick up of the chairs. We were also very happy with the friendliness and professionalism of the delivery and service people. We are very pleased with the furniture quality, the pricing we paid and the entire experience with La-Z-Boy in Appleton! We will definitely buy from them again and we are happy to recommend them to our family and friends!

Excellent service. We had been looking for some new furniture for so long and we were frustrated, stuck and about to give up. Rachel in sales and Angelica in design listened to what we were looking for and then after an in home visit verified what we wanted would make sense in our space. This would have been enough, it was more than we got at any other store but they also helped us with some colors and put it all together with what we already have taking the whole process to a new level. We went from frustrated to really excited and cant wait to get out new pieces! Hopefully the furniture is as lovely as these two. Thank you both!

Angelica and Rachel were extremely helpful. They gave us a lot of ideas and input, without being pushy. They made sure to learn what we liked and didn’t like. We are getting something we truly like.

The store was huge! I knew after walking in that if you couldn’t find what you’re looking for here, you probably wouldn’t find it anywhere else. Great, friendly service for people who really know their product! Their approach was friendly and relaxed, no sales push. This made Christmas shopping easy.

Rachel was very helpful, had good ideas, and patient with me while making fabric selections. I purchased La-Z-Boy furniture about seven years ago and it held up so well that buying new pieces again was an easy choice.

My mom-in-law and I stopped in to see about a power recline chair I saw at a competitor store that was on a realllly good sale for $775. A sweet young girl by the name od Esmer greeted us. I asked some tough questions that I honestly didnt think she'd know the answers to without going to management, but the girl knew her stuff! She knew where every style of furntire was. (Ex: Rheeves manual recliner was at over here, but she showed us the other Rheeves chair that was in another fabric and was power recline...on the opposite side of the store!) She knew fabrics, colors, etc... She taught us how their policies as well as how they stand behind their products, etc...She explained the warranty of what it does and does not cover. The best part is that they price matched the competitors store, so we didn't have to go back. Better yet, we got to still pick out a different fabric color if we wanted and it was still custom made vs buying the floor model. I bought 2 and my mom-in-law bought one! The chairs were originally $2800! We were in and out in 45 minutes. Esmer was easy to talk to, friendly and made the process so easy!

ESNER was very helpful with carpet samples and pricing. We ordered a great rug through her!!
