Fantastic food, the staff is welcoming and courteous. Once you step in you feel as if you are in a commercial, in the sense that you step into a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Empower if you are looking for a healthy nutritious meal of any kind and the shakes are top notch. *BTW, I'm not a shake guy and I came back the next day for another one.

I have watched this business evolve over the past 10 years and can say that the current state of Empower Nutrition is at its highest levels. The addition of the Healthy Meals is outstanding. Great tasting Healthy options up and down their menu, which I am currently taste testing everything. All made fresh with the best ingredients. This is a must stop..the steak and egg sandwich is outstanding..Great Job. Can't wait for.my next meal.

Been ordering here a lot since we moved back to Roxbury last year. The food is always outstanding and the portions are filling. Highly recommend any of their bowls and shakes. Great neighborhood joint for healthy flavorful meals.

Getting food from Empower is always a treat. The wraps are my favorite. Half of a wrap is more than filling on its own as they pack them full so you can usually get two meals out of them. Smoothies are also A+. Would love to see them expand a bit more into “healthier desserts”. When we have taken out from here in the past with friends, they were a bit skeptical of how the food would taste based on the name alone, but we have converted many friends and family into Empower lovers! Most recently, I had a small issue and reached out to the owner via their website. Within minutes I got a reply and he went out of his way to rectify the situation. The care and customer service put into this business is next level and greatly appreciated!

Great local natural food and supplement store in Kenvil. Beautifully designed interior and great smoothies. They even started carrying CBD which is awesome. Not a huge selection of products, but you know the products they carry are high quality.

I’ve been going to Empower for about a month and a half after looking for a place for fresh juice close to home. I did a search and this store popped up. I’m so happy I found them which is strange I hadn’t noticed the store before because I pass it at least four times a week. I’ve made my way through the whole juice menu and I have not be disappointed. Everything on the menu is so great. I’ve tried some of their shakes and açaí bowls.
But more important than their food is the customer service they give each person that walks through the door. I’m always greeted with a smile.
I some times bring in my young daughter and the young lady that works there always greets her and when I don’t bring her in she asks about her.
The owner is so wonderful and pleasant to talk with and he definitely picked some great employees.
If you haven’t been in this store you need to give them a try.

We found this place while waiting for our turn at DMV so if you want a healthy place and you have time, stop here. Owner was super nice and friendly. I’m on a majorly restrictive diet for health issues so he was helpful as to what to order. We ordered 2 smoothies and they were both delicious.

Empower is my go-to spot for healthy shakes and juices! Their food is also very yummy! The staff is always incredibly friendly and they make your orders quickly. This place is a staple in my diet!

Love the staff, their well educated and professional. Plus their turkey burger is awesome. Everything is delicious there. Highly recommend going there even if it’s out of your way, it’s worth the trip.

100% recommend!! I wish I found this place sooner. Great service. I walked in and mentioned I’d never been before and I was greeted with a warm welcome and samples of 2 different smoothies (UPS was SO good) and a protein ball (vanilla was awesome). The food was fresh and delicious! I ordered the chicken pesto over veggies and it didn’t disappoint. He went back and cooked it right after my order. Will definitely be back!!

Great place, solid smoothies, awesome service. First time here but you can tell they want to take care of people the right way and keep customers happy. Wish I had found it sooner!

This place has such amazing food and shakes but most importantly by far the best customer service I’ve ever seen!! Everyone from the owners, chefs, cashiers you name it. What a amazing little gem inside of a mini mall..place is great looking clean and workers/owner are extremely friendly. As for the food.. amazing.. always tastes fresh and everything is made perfect from what I’ve gotten so far. Definitely my new favorite place

Surprising little local gem. We've had the smoothies and they are really good. This weekend we decided to stop in for lunch sandwiches. WOW! definitely a step or two above what we "expected". That's when we figured out why they gave us forks.
The portion was generous, very fresh, hot and absolutely delicious!! Looking forward to our next visit!!

Great restaurant! Very clean and beautiful environment! Food is so fresh, delicious, and nutritious! Had the Chelsea’s salad, the Strawberry field’s salad, the fresh chicken soup and the veggie fajita. All out of this world!

Not only is the food delicious (and amazing shakes), but the service is outstanding. I didn’t have a reusable container on me and they went above and beyond to accommodate my plastic free order! When I get smoothies, I bring in a reusable cup and they make it in there AND give me a discount. THANK YOU for making me feel comfortable standing by my beliefs/lower impact. Love this place!
